The lady that did the test was very polite and chatty and put you at ease, not having had it done professionally before.

This is the second time we've used Medwyn. Last time was for a PCR by post, which came back quickly with no problems. This time we did a video lateral flow/ antigen test. Video meet was on schedule, and uploading photo/passport very straightforward. Had our certificates in about half an hour. Hands down would recommend and use again.
