The shocks were delivered on time and they were easy to install. I had OEM Air Ride shocks on my 2005 yukon XL 1500 and these fit perfect. Good price! Have had them on for only 1000 miles but the ride is good

The use of Bilstein shocks on our Roadtrek 210 Popular made the vehicle a pleasure to drive and virtually stopped the body roll and the bouncing on the road. I highly recommend them to any owner of a class B RV as the manufactures are using OEM shocks, but the RV components add so much weight they are on the highest edge of limits.

I ordered four shocks for front and rear of my 98 Toyota Land Cruiser. Ordered them thru Amazon. When you do the Amazon Garage feature and look for parts for your car a little statement pops up saying whether or not that part fits your car. I won't trust that anymore. The rear ones seem to replace the ones that were in there fine. Eliminated bouncing for sure. Front ones don't fit my vehicle. Called your 800 number and a representative of your company told me you make shocks for two models of my car. The third one, which is my model, you don't. Mine is a UZG 100. So I have to call Amazon I guess to see whether they will take the pair I can't use.

I ordered four shock absorbers from shock warehouse. When I received my order one of the shocks was defective. I tried to resolve this through customer service and they REFUSE to replace the defective shock absorber. I would not recommend the shock warehouse to anyone. This company is a total rip off! Took over a week to get the parts.

I love KYB struts. They are a nice ride and reduce body roll Substantially. Shockwarehouse is the cheapest I have been able to find them and I have never had any trouble ordering from them which I have done for years
