Super Glätteisen, prima Kundenservice

Das beste Glätteisen das ich je besessen habe. Haarschonend, sehr gute Ergebnisse und ein klasse Design. Mein absolutes Lieblingsglätteisen. Da meins kaputt gegangen ist habe ich eine Anfrage gemacht bei Colden Curl. Ich habe sofort eine Rückmeldung bekommen und in wenigen Tagen mein neues Glätteisen. Der Kundenservice war sehr kompetent und unkompliziert. Ich habe mich riesig gefreut das alles so schnell gegangen ist. Herzlichen Dank, kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Do not be fooled by these infrared straighteners. You will notice the stylist at the demonstration uses a spray, which is actually lamellar water, olaplex or similar on the hair before demo, which gives a fabulous sleek, soft, salon shine to the hair. Then they say that wow, look at this, look at this hair, the straighteners are amazing. No they are not…olaplex and heat is amazing. The straighteners are very ordinary and cost much less at Argos!!

Compre las planchas hace más de 2 años. Y dejo de calentar una placa. Directamente entre en su web y fui paso a paso con el registro de mi plancha y de después el de garantía. Es verdad que mi sorpresa fueron los 20 € que tienes que pagar por el envío de unas nuevas, ya que no las reparan (pero bueno son nuevas) más lo que pagas en correos por enviar las estropeadas. Tienes que enviar en número de seguimiento y a partir de ahí empieza el proceso de envío de tus nuevas planchas. Te contestan a cualquier duda (en inglés pero con el traductor todo se entiende). Rápido, seguro y planchas nuevas. Muy contenta con el servicio.

SERVICIO DE ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE NEFASTO. El chico que te atiende al tlf y al WhatsApp, que resulta ser el jefe, es un auténtico SINVERGÜENZA. Le llamé simplemente para pedirle mi ticket y para preguntarle sobre el tema de las devoluciones, ya que no tenía ni idea de cómo iba. Mi sorpresa fue cuando se me pone a vocear, diciéndome que no le importa nada mi dinero, que tiene cosas más importantes que hacer que atenderme, etc etc... y me colgó! Todo esto con unas formas que si él mismo no fuera el jefe se le caería el pelo. Ni respeto, ni educación, ni buen servicio en cuanto atención. Si no quiere atender a la gente, que no trabaje de ello. Si tiene un mal día, que lo pague con su madre. La plancha se la puede meter por donde le quepa y por supuesto no volveré a comprar nada de ellos y me encargaré de que esto llegue al máximo de gente posible.

J’ai acheté le lisseur sur le site la ruche une fois reçu catastrophe un mini pour le voyage payer 129€ pour un mini lisseur, je contacte par mail il me répondent une fois pour me dire pas de remboursement juste échange ou avoir j’ai dit oui on me demande de laisser mes coordonnées pour me contacter après 8jrs j’attends toujours. C’est une grosse arnaque et non respect du client.

Super Beratung und Umsetzung

Bought 2 pairs of straighteners from show at NEC. Like previous reviewer, also told that they were ‘infrared’ and better for your hair. First try at using them and 1st set do not heat up. Reported as faulty and told I can return and pay €20 for a replacement! I have queried the 30 day guarantee and then told I can return to store in Birmingham which is an hour away from where I live. I have told them this and asked for them to pay return postage but no answer since. I can’t seem to find a phone number to speak to anyone and I’m now fast approaching the 30 day cut off and no closer to getting a refund.Not only that but the phone numbers quoted on their emails are incorrect- very dodgy! Terrible service !

Ich benutze das Glätteisen schon seit Jahren! Es glättet auch jetzt noch richtig schön! Man muss nur einmal drüber gehen und schon ist die Strähne glatt (Ich habe wellige Haare)! Die Haare sind danach schön weich und glänzen. Die Haare sind tagelang glatt ohne erneutes Glätten.

My straightener had a faulty cord and contacted the customer service team where Hatice provided excellent customer service and sent me a new one. Very happy with the service.

At a trade show, I was demonstrated the product by a fantastic sales person. Happy to purchase at the time, but in fact went home with the standard straighteners, when I was demonstrated and told all the claims of the infrared technology. Not only this, but everyone I spoke to all paid different prices for them. So it appears the luck of the draw is what sales assistant you get, who knows if anyone actually purchases these magical straighteners that don’t appear to exist. Upon further research it doesn’t even appear that this company have that technology or sell it. I’m very upset at being pressured into buying something I didn’t need, to then find out once I’m home it’s entirely the wrong thing. Have contacted what appears to be a relevant company who does have the tech to see if they are in fact connected or not. Next stop trade standards

Tolles Produkt, super zum glätten, locken sind ganz einfach und alles hält Ewig. Da mein product kaputt gegangen ist musste ich es zurück senden, es hat alles super funktioniert und ein neues Gerät würde mir nach wenigen Tagen zugeschickt.

Ontzettend goede service! Mijn krultang, die ik 2 jaar geleden in Berlijn kocht, deed het niet meer. Daar baalde ik ontzettend van want de golden curl krul tang is de beste die ik ooit gehad heb. Ik had geen factuur bewaard maar deed toch een poging op de garantie. Service reageert super snel en wilde voor deze keer een uitzondering maken. Ik mocht mijn krultang retour zenden en kreeg binnen een paar dagen al mijn nieuwe krultang thuis geleverd!! Enorm tevreden met de service. Beleefd, meedenkend en snel!

Een echte toverstaf is deze krultang! In 5 sec tijd maak je een krul zonder je haar te verbranden! Dankjewel aan de vriendelijke en zeer behulpzame Hatice

Benutze das Set schon seit einigen Jahren und bin rundum zufrieden. Das Design ist auch wunderschön. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Great service, fast delivery, great products. I have ordered curler and straightner few times, for me and for my friends, and we are really satisfied! I am using it since 2018. I would recommend it to girls, women who would like to have a great hairstyle, sometimes even better than after visiting a hairdresser :D
