What a great company. I placed an order and by mistake printed the wrong part. I tried to cancel my order but 3D Hubs was not able to cancel it in time. They gave me a 100% refund and still sent the order! This is just above and beyond customer service. Thank you very much and I will be back for my next order!

I have tried to use their service twice now and both attempts resulted in me canceling my order and requesting a refund. Needless to say there will not be a third time. Their lead time is misleading and their customer support is terrible. My suggestion is to look else where for your printing needs.

Thanks for offering the partial refund. Original post: Part still had significant residue powder at multiple corners. We don't have compressed air so we ended up wasting an hour washing it out and drying the part. Unacceptable because we paid over $150 for this SLS engineering prototype, not some cheap FDM hack. I know 3Dhubs doesn't directly manufacture, but it should do better quality control with its partners. To 3DHubs: order # is C-SN879MLZ. Thanks. 3D Hubs did a high-quality print of a control panel faceplate with our logo and company name. It was the first time we used them and it was fast to register, the design error checking was simple, and the delivery was also fast. It was an excellent experience.

Good quoted pricing and lead times but plagued with many delays and quality inconsistencies in production. It is a great idea, but it is not there yet.

I ordered several parts. I was able to drag and drop them from my files to 3d hubs' site. No problems. Parts came in quickly and look better than i expected. Precision machining, extremely affordable. I have a full machine shop and using 3dhubs saves me money and time. I am placing another order this week. I recommend 3dhubs 100%.
