I bought the island toe post sandal heard they was great for plantar fasciitis the soles was comfortable but the top of the sandal ripped the skin of my feet the straps was not tight however when they rubbed across the top whilst walking they cut my feet very uncomfortable the same thing happened to my friend she bought the exact same I think as they are advertised as comfort shoes the material needs to be better it’s ok the sole been comfortable but if the top of the sandals are made cheaply with hard uncomfortable straps they are no good my feet was blisters for weeks I would definitely say they are the most uncomfortable toe post sandals I have ever worn and they was not cheap ! I wanted to try other shoes from the range but this experience has definitely put me off buying again

Difficult to return shoes to Vionic but not impossible. I now have a pair of well-fitting super comfortable sandals & will use Vionic again.

Very prompt delivery but trainers were too small. Thereafter absolutely pathetic customer service. I live on an island which only allows Hermes collection but this isn't an option for Vionic. Eventually they arranged a collection. It took exactly 1 month for my refund. Amusingly within this period I had ordered the exact same shoes from Amazon in a larger size, they weren't any good either but my return and refund was handled in 4 days!!!

Really comfortable trainers, however they are not at all hardwearing and look very shabby after a few wears. It's not as if they are cheap to buy !

I ordered a size 8 & 7.5 shoe for my husband, he is generally a size 8 in all shoes, but on the rare occasion a 7.5. The 7.5, kept slipping off his heels and the 8’s were boats! I wanted to exchange for a size 7. Voinic would not let me do this and said I had to return the shoes and reorder paying another £5 delivery charge paying £10 in total. On top of that the shoes were delivered in a box the size of an electrical appliance would arrive in? With the shoes all tumbled out, thrown around the box and the local Hermes shop could not take the box, because it was too big. Horrendous customer service!! Asked for a local stockist twice supplying my postcode, but they never responded.

Awful horrible painful shoe I bought the islander toe post sandal because I read a review they were good for plantar fasciitis and boy was I wrong. The top straps of the shoe were far to tight across my foot and extremely uncomfortable and the footbed was so hard it was like a bullet. I felt crippled with them on and the heel pain was terrible. Had to throw them away the day I got them. Do not purchase these if you suffer from foot pain. I’m in the process of trying oofos slides and fitflops so fingers crossed.

Very good experience with this company. The shoes are good quality. Unfortunately the shoes didn’t fit. The return process was very quick and easy

Wow what can I say these are the most comfy shoes for my plantar fascia Ive been in Agony for weeks I put these on and it instantly relieved the pressure in foot then in turn the pain! Quite pricey I paid £100 for some leather flats but worth it for the relief! I will defiantly be browsing the sales in the future. Great customer service orders one morning and was here the next!

Shoes quickly dispatched. Ordered three pairs in two separate orders to get style and sizing right. Sent two back and got a quick fuss free refund. Shoes themselves are ok, fit well and are comfortable but not the most stylish. Would love more choice in non leather options. They are expensive too. Time will tell whether they are worth it for my plantar fascitis. The first delivery was fine, the second one Hermes made a mess of and I ended up waiting days for my order. I would order from them again due to the trust built up.

My husband bought 2 prs of slippers from this company. They cost £80 per pair. Lovely slippers & comfortable BUT the black soles badly mark lightwood floors & pale coloured carpets. Other people have commented on this fault on various websites so it's a "known" fault & not just a recent one. Simply Feet who they were purchased from have been happy to refund but Vionics themselves appear to "not want to know about this fault". Takes them ages to respond to emails & when they know its totally unhelful. Bad customer service Vionics....very bad customer service

I have been using vionic flip flops for a couple of years, love them. I have pttd and fallen arches so my foot is pretty painful most of the time. These flip flops are a god send wearing around the house. I decided to buy shoes/trainer fo work, its been a few days, slowly getting used to them. But i do have a question, can i wear in soles in these shoes to give more support or shall i persevere with the shoes?

This was my first time ordering from Vionic and I found the products to be of good quality and the customer service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

I love the look of my Vionic Remi in slate Grey! It is extremely comfortable and supports the arch of my foot! The problem is the performance of the stitching. The material is already torn through after 3 months. I don't wear this shoe everyday so expected it to last at least 6 months. This is not the case. For the price expected it to last longer. That said all claims about the comfort and support are true! It is a wonderful walking shoe.

I received my Vionic sandals the day after I ordered them! Lovely sandals brilliant quality but unfortunately they weren’t quite wide enough, sent them back and received money back promptly, although I didn’t keep the lovely sandals, what a brilliant service, I will definitely recommend them.

Sandals are very comfy and have definitely helped my feet on long walks. Fault on elastic after 4 months and had very responsive service from customer services and refund given. I would definitely buy from them again as quality product and consumer confidence.

Never received goods even though courier company (Hermes) claimed they delivered it. Julia in accounts was great and processed refund straight away....although I would have preferred to have received the goods I had initially paid for.
