Really superb! The PC was very meticulously packaged and the delivery was amazing. The customer service is unreal. These guys are really keen to support their customers. They’ve been very responsive before and during the delivery, answering my questions promptly and professionally. I was surprised that even 7 months after purchasing the PC, I reached out with a query and got a response almost instantly. I really can’t recommend them enough. You won’t regret if you buy your next PC from them.

I recently bought a computer from Vibox and have gotta say their customer service is brilliant; they usually replied to my emails within the hour and were very helpful, especially Henri, the guy who was helping me out, which put my mind at ease, as I am usually wary of problems arising when purchasing off the internet and not being able to get assistance so it was great knowing that Vibox are very efficient with responding to your concerns & queries. Product is great, everything as described, works well with no problems

Hi, I was having trouble working with my computer and spoke to a customer service representative, Will, who was very helpful and knowledgeable to guide me through the process of upgrading my pc and sent me all the information on how to install and complete the installation. My Vibox gaming computer is excellent and I have thoroughly enjoyed using it. Unfortunately I had a mishap with the headphone jack socket which got broke. I contacted Vibox customer service and they came back to me straight away and expedited a new part to me. Within a couple of days the repair was completed. The person handling my case was Zac, so Thanks Zac.

Bonjour, J'ai commander un PC le 06 décembre 2024 pour le noël de ma fille. Aucun port USB ne fonctionne, ça commence mal !!!!! Le PC REPART au bout de 3 semaines, car aucun numéro pour joindre VIBOX !!!!!!!! je réceptionne de nouveaux le PC et la c'est la STUPEFACTION ........... PLUS AUCUNE DONNEE + PLUS DE WINDOWS 11 !!!!!! PLUS RIEN SUR LE PC je n'en vois pas le bout de cette affaire. Nous le 05/02/2025 est mon problème n'est toujours pas résolu.

Had a few complications with my order, but the customer service at Vibox was absolutely top-notch! They went above and beyond to help, and I couldn’t be happier with the support I received. I’ve been using my Vibox PC for over a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance. The system runs flawlessly, and the build quality is top-notch. What truly sets Vibox apart is their incredible customer service. I recently had an unfortunate accident where a panel slipped from my hand (just 5 cm!) and shattered completely. Even though it was my mistake, Arron and the Vibox team went above and beyond by sending me a free replacement. That level of support is rare these days, and I genuinely appreciate it. Purchased a PC from these guys and have had no issues beyond a small one during initial set up. Customer service was quick to help with this issue. More recently they were able to pull up the old purchase data for me when I asked for it.

Bought a present for Xmas and couldn’t be happier with choosing these guys! Had an issue during setup (I’d skipped a step) and in a panic sent an email, got a response within a day with everything I needed and they answered my follow up questions quickly and comprehensively. We’re super happy with the PC itself, it looks amazing and does everything we need it to (I’m glad I spent so long researching before buying!) and since getting up and running we haven’t had any issues even though it’s been used for hours nearly every day. We’ll be back next year for upgrades!

True customer service! I purchased a PC a year ago for my son which developed a problem a year down the line. Vbox have been utterly fantastic in helping with suggestions of things to try ourselves to fix it and when all failed were happy to take the PC back and repair it. We have been kept updated every step of the way and the communication has been polite and helpful. With so many companies today happy to take your money and send you on your way, Vbox is providing real customer service and after sales support. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vibox and Aaron for all their help and support.

Fantastic company, After sales service is second to none. Purchasing my computer from them over four years ago, they are still offering free and excellent advice / recommendations. Their knowledge is outstanding, emailing out "how to" videos on how items are changed or bios altered. I highly recommend this company to my colleagues, friends and the whole world. Fantastic customer service. I clearly bought the wrong product for my son's needs. Arron was brilliant, efficient and the VIBOX returns policy/ warranty is second to none. I recently had an issue with my pc, as I'm rather new to Pc's and had no prior experience I thought it'd be best to email Vibox, and I thoroughly believe it was the best decision yet! They were incredibly quick with responses, were extremely helpful with sending resources in order to help me solve the issue at hand, and have been amazing to communicate with. I must give a special mention to the Vibox employees, Will and Dylan for being the one's to respond to my inquiry, giving me easy-to-follow guides on how to fix the issue and for being great at communicating which helped minimise alot of stress. Thank you Vibox for being an incredibly helpful, friendly, and understanding company. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Took seconds for the phone to answer. Upon awnsering in a professional way I explained my situation to him and we worked though a couple trouble shooting tasks regarding a noise coming from my pc. Had it back to normal after a few min. Very professional, great customer service, easy to understand for someone like myself that don't know much about Pcs.
