I bought my system from Vibox in January this year, and my system has had no problems whatsoever the whole way. The only, and I mean only issue that I had, was that one part got delayed(by one day I think) and I wasn't informed till I phoned - however there was no rush and I'm sure if you asked whilst ordering if there would be a delay for certain parts you would be informed. Amazing company, definitely recommend.

I bought my first ever gaming rig from Vibox, they delivered a quality service as expected, amazing product/ delivery time, cracking communication and I was extra happy with the cable management. I would recommend Vibox to anyone who doesn't want to build their own PC but would like a top end system at amazing prices.

The PC I ordered worked great out of the box, I used to build my own as I know what I like, Vibox enabled me to have it built as i want with out the hassle, I have put some upgrades in since I bought the PC, but this is just due to me being a tinkerer. Over all a solid box, internals are neat and tidy and well built.

I used the pc constructor feature to build a gaming desktop, and it was ready ad delivered on time, with the great performance I expected. When after a week or so, I experienced repeated blue-screens, the customer support quickly helped me determine that they were caused by a faulty ram-chip, and sent me a replacement straight away. I have been actively using this pc for three years now, and I am still happy with it.

I had ordered a pc around 2 years ago from vibox, after around 6months the psu had blown after contacting me they explained it was a known issue with some of their psu units and would gladly replace the part. They sent me an additional psu (different model from the last) which didn't solve the issue however their staff on the phone where pleasant and offered to have the computer collected to be repaired. Sadly however the courier service lost my computer in transient. Vibox where quick to send a replacement for the lost and damaged pc and offered sincere apologies. Happy with their customer care and technical services.

The first computer that we purchased was approximately 2 years ago. It has been used pretty much daily by my son for gaming so it has really been worked hard. Obviously, we was very happy with this machine so we have just purchased him a brand new model with a high-end graphics card etc. Initially, we encountered some assembly issues which resulted in some delays with the delivery however to the company`s credit, they went out of their way to make-up for this which was very pleasing. I would highly recommend them to anyone who was looking for a gaming machine at a ultra competitive price.

A company who I have only used the once but would likely use again. The computer I bough has had a few problems but Vibox sorted it quickly and always replied within 24 hours. My computer now runs relatively issue free and I would definitely recommend them - they sell high spec computers for peanuts!

I got my pc almost 3 years ago for a very good price, to this day I am still playing new releases with no hiccups at all, I also managed to short-circuit my PSU (my own fault ) and contacted customer service who were very friendly and understanding. My PC was picked up from my house by a courier and was fixed within a week by one of Vibox technicians and my CPU fan was replaced free of charge! I'm looking to buy a pc this christmas for my partner as I know my purchase will be in safe hands and the system will be very durable! Thanks Vibox! A.Gurney

I purchased a computer from Vibox a few years ago and it still works perfectly. The support from Vibox was brilliant and I would definitely recommend them.

I used to be a very strong believer in only purchasing tech from a branded store like PC World, I used to believe that they knew what customers live and breathe. It wasn't until 3 years ago that I discovered Vibox, I was drawn to it's rather eccentric name at a glance of their page I saw some pretty stylish looking PC's with some powerful tech inside rather impressed I clicked 'like' and then put them to the back of my mind, assuming they're just 'another custom PC company' - I have NEVER been so wrong in my life. Over the years, I have witnessed Vibox sprout from a sapling to a strong tree and still they grow in size and in power. I have had the pleasure of being part of a little competition that they hosted. They have completely changed my views on mainstream gaming. I no longer believe mainstream retail stores know what customers want, Vibox seem to BE the essence of change, they bring excitement, they bring style and above all they bring a renewed sense of hope for the industry. Once you go to Vibox you won't go back to retail stores, I would recommend this company to anyone! They offer great products for as low as price as you can get without sacrificing quality of goods or service. They have endless knowledge that surpass grand-master neck-beards of the gaming industry, they have my respect on that. They get to know their fans on their facebook page, taking time to respond to comments and liking ones that seem amusing or interesting. This is what the gaming industry is all about. I've grown up going to PC world and computer fayres looking for something spectacular but to be given something unspectacular wrapped in promise, my mind was opened, the secrets of the universe unravelled before me and inside the very core of it all... Vibox stood tall above the broken leaves of the former competition trying to suck the life from it. They are the future, expect them.

Was sceptical at first however PC was delivered on time. Worked perfectly! Has been ever since and its now 4 years later. Will definitely be buying my next PC from here!

I received my machine without any problems and It has been up and running since the day it arrived. Nothing has broken, everything is full working order and I would recommend this company to anybody looking to start out PC gaming, for example.

Great delivery, great service, genuine people to chat with if there is any issues, a few years back my psu went and they replaced it free of charge and actually sent me a few game cods an apology, would 100% from again. I purchased a mid ranged pc for casual gaming needs, the processor still holds up very strong and i just replaced my Nividia geforce gtx 560 se with an Nividia geforce gtx 780 to play any new game on high with no issues. Great investment , 10/10

I bought my Vibox gaming computer just over 2 years ago and it is still running like new, it handles all the newest games very well and I have experienced no troubles with the computer at all.

I ordered a custom built PC from Vibox last year, the PC came on the estimated date and was exactly as I had specified, it runs perfect and I am very pleased with my purchase and would order from Vibox again without hesitation.
