As a reluctant online shopper, I was very wary about making a purchase, but I needn't have worried! All went extremely smoothly, especially when I had to contact the company with an extra I had omitted when placing my order! The courtesy and help I received was second to none and I have already spread the word around my friends. I was very pleased with the after sales information I received - required because of my own inexperience (or ignorance!) yet I was patiently led through the procedure with great care. This was one of my better computer experiences!

Not much more to be said, everything as expected

The order arrived within two days by a carrier who contacted me to make sure I was in. The computer is exactly as described built with quality parts. I had it up and running within one hour after installing a wireless network card and has been perfect ever since. Top marks for service and a great product at an excellent price.

the vibox I bought is excellent for gaming,runs all the latest games with ease. I would recommend vibox to anybody who needs a quality pc.

I have just got ah new desktop computer that I think I is best one that I have had. I bought it on line from ViboxLtd. I was surprised that it was delivered so quickly, it was also packed very well to prevent damage, an excellent buy it is fast & well equipped with everything that was as described on line. Ordered my desktop PC off Vibox on Ebay. The processor Ive ordered was out of stock, but that only caused a day or two delay in the delivery which did not bother me, as they kept me informed all the way through the process (tracking number etc). I `ve called them to change the delivery date later, and the guy I spoke to was helpful and easy going and changed it for me straight away. The delivery was carried out by DPD theyve emailed and text me the one hour time slot so I did not have to wait home all day for the delivery. About the PC: very good value for money, professionally packed and supplied with the drivers etc. I have had it for about a month, and I am very happy with it so far. Overall: Recommended

When I ordered a new monitor I did it in a hurry. My old monitor had failed and as I work at home I needed it fast. It was only after ordering I noticed the very long delivery schedule. So I sent a message and the next morning they rang and sorted a fast delivery for me.

Ordered the machine no problems encountered. Recieved confirmation and delivery date, machine was delivered on time well packaged. Set up machine no problems and am now really enjoying using it. If you want a good machine and reputable company get a Vibox
