I was connected to a representative Named Chris within a matter of minutes. Chris was absolutely wonderful, he went above and beyond to make booking an appointment for tomorrow possible. Chris was extremely thorough, double checking the info he obtained from me and also double checking to make sure I had all the information and means necessary. Chris was so helpful, has wonderful customer service skills and treated me with such great respect. He was truly a blessing and made scheduling an appointment so easy and a very positive experience!! As someone who suffers from anxiety, not once did I feel uneasy or unsure of anything. As far as customer service and working hard to do the best they can, I would highly recommend guardian interlock for anyone whom may need this kind of service! Chris, you're ok in my book =)! Seal of approval 110%.

I am a 61 year old woman who never smoked and who has never been told that I have diminished lung capacity, but after 5 plus hours of trying, I had to have the unit uninstalled. I am still waiting for a refund from them and from Life Safer, as I couldn't do the Life Safer unit, either. LW
