My first glasses experience. Love everything about this store! Had my eyes tested at a private optometrist, but was overwhelmed with the choice of NQR frames there. I just want something cheap and comfortable, that I can quickly decide on, and move on with my life, knowing that if I need spare parts or a replacement, I can easily get the same thing again. Luckily I walked past a Dresden store a couple days earlier, so I knew I could do better. Along with this being the cheapest, easiest and most fun looking option available on my local shopping strip in Brunswick Melbourne, I ended up getting the recycled plastic version so I feel like it was also the most ethical sourced and long term repairable to boot! New favourite shop! 11/10 Shop assistant was great too. Oh and they had my prescription in stock, so I only had to wait 30mins before walking out with 2 new pairs of custom fit and custom colour combination glasses for $118. Blown away!

What a place. Unbelievably good value, quite extraordinary. I got two new pairs, reading and multifocal, plus two complete spare frames, for not much more than a single pair of multifocal would have cost me in Spec***vers! Had to travel all the way to the nether regions of Sydney in Rozelle, but worth it for the friendly service from lovely people, no up-sell at all, and the frames are brilliant. One of my spare frames is a Jurgen Klopp lookalike pair, for $40!

Took a bit longer to send out than I expected & they use a really cheap shipping company so they took 2.5 weeks to arrive in NZ from Au.

Ordered online having previously bought a pair in-store. Assumed that my prescription would be retained for the new pair but apparently not. Rang and left message for someone to help me but nobody returned my call. Give up.

Easy, hassle-free ordering process and fast delivery. What's not to like ? I'm a returning customer and will continue to be :-)

I got my glasses very quickly and overall I really like them, though I thought the color (slate grey) would be not as dark, the picture looks lighter than what I received. I should have ordered smaller arms , a drawback of online ordering and doing it all yourself. Overall will use them again though, great price and good business model.

I love my new glasses they fit perfectly. A simple and prompt ordering process and all questions answered clearly.

Dresden sunglasses are fantastic, cheap, sturdy and good quality. The universal shape sounds too good to be true but it is. I have never previously had a problem with sizes (Female and medium/medium) however my most recently purchased pair seem bigger than normal so I’m following that up to see if sizing has changed.

I love love the fact that I can mix and match frames and arms on these glasses and customer service was mostly good. Unfortunately I had some challenges with scripts ( not their fault) and I find them slightly different to my other lenses with the same script, not sure why - maybe size frame or plastic vs glass?

Sent wrong script, but it was fixed straight away. 3 stars because I have to go to a post office to return the wrong ones.

Hi, I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses (1 normal and 1 sunglasses). I received two normal pairs and no sunglasses. I can’t get hold of anyone to fix the mistake in the order despite emailing and calling the closest shop.
