After enquiring on the price for a unit, I received a quote really quickly from the team at Storage Giant Stoke-on-Trent and I did NOT get spammed with pushy phone calls..... HALLELUJAH! Which for all the other storage units I enquired with I suffer being harasses with multiple calls. On reflection, we weren't sure what size unit would best work so Gerard took us to look at the different size empty units so that we could see what would work best for us which was incredibly helpful....thanks Gerard 😁 Super friendly and helpful team and great facilities.

We are going to have our bathroom completely refitted and needed somewhere to store all the stuff we have. I pass Storage Giant on Forge Lane in Stoke on Trent regularly so thought I'd see what they were like. I have now put some of our things into the storage unit and have a key and code to be able to put more things in when we want. Thank you Claire for your help and although w won't need this unit for longer than 8 weeks we would use this facility again if we need storage.

The gentleman who’s been dealing with my unit has been super helpful - I’ve been needing urgency with the wholes process as I’m moving to Dubai and have had a busy schedule whilst in and out of the storage unit and they’ve downsized me once I’ve sold items before leaving as the unit I had was too big then, and although I had paid up until March ( three months ahead ) they made downsizing simple for me to save the hassle of doing it from abroad - the gentleman ls called Andrew - customer service levels 10+, very personable and friendly/ talkative and helpful. My experience at Storage Giant was extremely disappointing. The GM, V, was ineffective and showed little leadership.The SM, who also handled recruitment, spent more time on spreadsheets than actually leading by example. The workplace environment was hostile, and I ultimately left after being threatened. Additionally, inappropriate sexual comments from the GM were casually thrown around, making the atmosphere unprofessional and uncomfortable. I would strongly advise avoiding this company. The owner seriously needs to step in and take control because the management is completely failing its employees.

Zip and the other staff members from the Oldbury branch was friendly, polite, very helpful in the whole process. Moving house is really stressful and more over when the chain breaks down. Moving our stuff was a breeze. The units was clean and easy to access and reasonably priced I've used other storage units in the past, I would definatley recommend Storage Giant Self Storage. TSM
