My experience with Helen from Telford was great from start to finish, having never used a storage facility before, we were greeted by Helen who took time to explain the process, recommend space sizes and showed us around the storage facility which was really useful to see what we can have. We went through prices and offers and was given a written quote with all steps explained so would absolutely recommend if you need storage in Telford to go and see Helen !

Michael was on his own that day in Llanelli (& the IT system was playing up) but still went out of his way to explain everything clearly, answer any questions I had and to show me how to access the locker. I couldn't fault his customer service levels and would recommend anyone thinking of using the Llanelli facility to do so and to ask for Michael ...! Jonathan H

As a ‘storage-storage virgin’, finding the right company and facility was a bit daunting to say the least, especially when moving home is stressful enough. Chris though, helpful from the get go and made the entire process a complete breeze. The facility in Bridgend is IMMACULATE and the storage option I opted for, after a guided tour, was more than ample and in comparison, very cost effective. Highly recommend - thank you to Chris and the team.

We have rented a shared storage space in Cardiff. I saw the company when I drove past and stopped. Best decision ever. Not only was there a deal with 60% off on rental but I really liked the staff. They were so helpful in deciding what space I required and were flexible with my timings. Rhys was the best, his customer service attitude is outstanding. When it came to moving in, the flexibility of change of dates was great. On the day of moving in there were not many staff around but Rhys still helped me in getting the boxes in the space and also to stack them up for me. I was so touched by his help. I had wondered how to get them moved as my back is very sore. I would highly recommend to store your belongings here. Rhys is such a gem, the storage units are easy to access and are very clean.

Great service from Courtney and Chris in Bridgend. Spoke to Chris on the phone and then Courtney guided me through the check in. I wasn't sure which unit size I needed but Courtney took the time to show me 2. Explained the pricing very clearly. The unit is clean and tidy. Prices are very competitive. Would recommend.

Recently started renting a storage unit at the site in Stoke-on-Trent and Warren and Claire have both been great in getting it all sorted. I first rang to enquire about prices. Becci was very informative and was able to answer all my questions. There was an offer on and she explained in depth how it worked. I then went the following day to complete the paperwork. Becci read through the T&Cs to make sure I was aware of them. The whole process was easy. Using the units is also simple and stress free. I also saw Tony on a different visit and he too was helpful and informative.

Rhys provided first class service. It was easy to set up storage and he explained every step and checked if I was happy with everything. My only suggestion would be to expand the access times, as it would make it even more convenient for customers. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them!
