When we realised that the unit we initially chose was too small for our belongings, Jason efficiently managed the transition to a larger unit without any hassle. His friendly and courteous demeanour throughout the process was hugely appreciated. Having used Storage Giant previously, I am confident in the security and safety of our possessions. Warren and his team are so friendly and helpful. They discussed everything with us in terms of our needs as we are moving home. Warren took us to all sizes of units to see which one would suit us the most and the ease of use is outstanding. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. Amazing service. Dean was very informative, friendly and made sure my partner and I both understood how everything worked with contracts, deposit and lock, even triple checking the unit size wasn't to big or small so we weren't wasting money or causing ourselves any hassle needing to move to a different unit in the future. He showed us around the facility and where to find trolleys etc. Would recommend if looking for storage solutions.

Great experience! I was helped by Ricky Gamble at the Cardiff branch and he was lovely. I went in unsure which unit size I needed but I explained my situation and Ricky took the time to show me 2 different units and explain the prices and contract lengths. The whole process was super easy, seamless and quick. Would definitely recommend storage giant!

Very helpful tour of the facility so we could choose exactly the right option for us, clear explanation of the costs and how the contracts work including deposit and lock. We have started using our storage room and everything is working very well. Very pleased.

Craig at the Bristol branch of Storage Giant is incredibly helpful. I'm very happy with the service and have just renewed my unit for another year. The storage areas are safe, well lit and clean. Everything seems to be well maintained e.g. the lifts and security doors.
