Our first time using any sort of storage locker, and it was extremely straightforward. Courtney was a massive help, and I cant think her enough. Very good value and a totally spotless and secure site at Bridgend - very impressed.

So easy to sort alady from main office rang me after I went online her name kialeigh she reserved and took details for me .when I went over to nottingham storage giant Dale Greensmith was really helpful processed all my forms and explained and answered all questions I had was real friendly and helpful 100 💯 business I would recommend to anybody .

Mike was very helpful explaining everything in detail. He also helped out with moving the stuff to the storage unit.

Chris and Ricky were a great help in picking out a unit with the specific size requirements needed and were adaptable and patient with my requirements. The process was incredibly smooth and any questions were answered thoroughly. The lads are also very friendly, would thoroughly recommend Storage Giant.

Visited the Nottingham, Stoke bardolph location to rent a unit on a commercial basis and dealt with Ben during the setup process. He was very very helpful and answered all the questions I had. It was refreshing to deal with somebody that was simply trying to find the best solution for us rather than being pushy. Dale also assisted Ben with the setup and was very knowledgeable with the do's and dont's. Overall the customer service was second to none and would recommend dealing with either Ben or Dale if you're looking to rent a unit in this location.

Dealt with janine in the llanelli branch, I am a customer who had an issue. Janine went above and beyond sorting out my issue. I have given 5 stars as the question I asked was dealt with and sorted within an hour and it was great to deal with a company who have staff that are as helpful as janine.

Michael, from Swansea branch, has been very helpful with trying to obtain a quote for swansea. He has been very patient and informative. Update-05/06 Popped in to progress where I was told the price agreed would hike after 6 pay periods. Questioned this as on the phone this was never mentioned, at all. Dean then looked again and had it agreed for 12 pay periods however as a potential long term customer, the significant price increase after 12 periods Is unjustifiable and unfair. It doesn't make sense why it would increase by over £100 per 4 weeks. Just seems incredibly unfair and as if Storage Giant overcharge after a promotional period. I appreciate all the help I have recieved but I just can't understand why Storage Giant can't honour the agreed rate for guarenteed long term customers, rather than attracting with low fees then massively increasing the rate.

After a bad experience with another company whilst trying to secure holiday Storage for my uni student daughter (Im in Northern Ireland, daughter in Nottingham) i emailed Storage Giant quite late Tuesday not expecting a reply until Wednesday however not only did i recieve a reply almost immediately, it was after 6pm, the reply was so helpful and after a hard day i felt like id been heard and i was going to get the help i needed. As promised Michelle rang me the very next day and sorted everything including the collection of my daughter's belongings from her uni halls to the Storage facility. She talked me through everything my daughter would need to do and paperwork she needed, id etc. Michelle was exactly what this stressed out Mum needed this morning, thanks to her and Storage Giant i can breathe a bit better today. Never underestimate what kindness can do, even if you think you're "just doing your job" that kindness can change someone's day, Michelle's definitely changed mine. Thank you, Louise H x

Fantastic experience. I’ve never used storage facilities before so it was quite an overwhelming process but Marc put me at ease, reassured me and answered any questions I had. Would 100% recommend Storage Giant to any family and friends. All staff have been very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic facilities which met our storage needs. The staff were fantastic both in terms of helping us find the right storage solution and also on-site with getting us set up. Janine was particularly helpful in arranging a continuation of our unit when we needed more time.

Great storage facility in Newport. Clean and tidy with plenty of space for parking/unloading. Helpful staff, especially Marc who showed us around and explained everything clearly. Would definitely recommend this company/branch.

I use the Storage Giant in Nottingham. Needed to switch to a larger store room. Was quite complicated as I was part way through a year paid in advance but Michelle sorted it all out very efficiently. She and the rest of the team very helpful. Also a good, modern, easy to use facility.
