I called to get some advice about storage and spoke to a lovely lady in Nottingham called Michelle. She was very helpful and professional. Michelle was patient in explaining different options that were available to me. Ill be back next month to store with her in Nottingham.

Even though there was an option to either telephone or go on line I chose to go to the store to have a look at the different sizes of rooms available as square feet means nothing to me. Alex was busy with an online query and had the patience of a saint. When finished he took me to a 25 sq foot room which looked tiny so he took me to view a 35sq foot which fitted my requirements. Could not have done this without visiting the site. Thank you Alex for your time explaining and working out different costings to get the best price. Would highly recommend.

The staff at Bridgend Storage Giant are very friendly, approachable, and professional, at such a stressful time which moving home can be they made the process of hiring Storage very easy and also the price is very competitive. The facility is very clean, warm and easily accessible which is the most important thing to me as I am disabled. You can reverse your vehicle up into the Storage area, and there are large trolleys avaliable so there is no need to carry any furniture or boxes, there are large service lifts to take you to each floor there is also stairs if you feel fit. I am very happy with my Storage choice and I will definitely be using Bridgend Storage Giant for all my Storage needs now and in the future. Many Thanks

We needed to rent storage space rather quickly after starting a renovation on our home. I visited the website to get a quote and within a minute Ricky called me. He was very helpful and friendly and in no way pushy at all. He gave me a few options on sizes and prices over the phone, with a supporting email. We showed up the following day at the Newport Road branch in Cardiff and Ricky showed us around to view the storage units. We were able to find a unit that was perfect for our requirements and the whole process was extremely speedy and efficient with Ricky's expertise. Within an hour we were moving our belongings in!! A huge thank you to Ricky for his help in securing our unit. He explained everything regarding opening hours, key pad access and all other relevant information that we needed. We would highly recommend Ricky and Storage Giant to others.
