Storage Giant Swansea returning customer & have found the staff there especially Dean super helpful. The facility is dry, secure & always clean. Would highly recommend if looking to store items in a safe & convenient location in Swansea👍

Beyond a joke, I've been told to contact Customer Services and still no reply after two weeks. If you send an email unlike most companies you don't get an automated reply, so you are left unsure if they've received it, for a customer focused company I find that strange. If you try calling Customer Services it rings, then for some reason you have to give your name and then they don't answer or return your call. Thanks to Trustpilot, once you post something negative on here they respond very quickly, I was told by the Swansea Branch that The Head of Customer Services will be dealing with my case, but nothing. I sent an Email on the 7th of March to Customer Services, spoke to the Swansea Branch on the 19th of March giving my mobile number(again), so the Customer Services team could contact me, no response. As for no record of me ever being a customer, I can provide three years of bank statements showing payment if that helps. To avoid further confusion I have emailed the Swansea Branch requesting them to forward a copy of the email dated the 7th March, which I've previously sent to your Customer Services Team, also details of the account I held with Storage Giant including a contact number. I have just visited the Swansea Branch in person and they confirm all previous communications have been notified/forwarded on to the Customer Services Team. Please contact your Swansea Branch if you have not received any of the above.

Easy to register and setup, and subsequent communication has been excellent. A change needed much later, was handled quickly and efficiently. Seems competitively priced. You get what you pay for.

Swansea branch. Excellent customer service from Dean. My husband and I have rented a large storage unit with storage giant for over a year. We went in today to give notice as we had located an alternative storage space elsewhere. Dean offered us a smaller unit on site on the ground floor which would accommodate all our needs and at an amazing rate. He showed us the unit and offered us a discount for staying. Thank you! Michael was really good. We had to deal with a difficult situation but he was eager to help, he showed interest in our concerns and was able to offer solutions. Michael showed us the size of the storage on offer, and realising out walking issues directed us to the lifts and proceeded to help us move the items we had for storage. Michael showed complete respect and applied the right manor of customer service to match our needs.

This was the first time I’ve needed to use a Storage facility and now that I have used Storage Giant, Bridgend, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. On arrival, I was met by Chris who talked me through options and pricing, which was really informative and he clearly knew his stuff! Having had the first unit for a couple of months, I then needed another smaller one and this was organised swiftly. The facility is clean and easy to access. I really can’t recommend them highly enough but it’s made better by such excellent service from friendly staff. Thanks Chris!

Best storage company I have ever encountered so far. I made online enquiries and Claire came to me rescue witnin 2hrs with fantastic proposal. She was friendly, very professional and eloquently explained all the realistic options available. I left their office with a sigh of relief as they offered me one great and cheaper price. Your colleague give me a hand to move biggest things, take out of the van and fit organize the storage unit. Highly recommended.
