Super easy and efficient getting the unit in the first place, great facilities to assist with moving everything in and to securely store it, and great customer service with anything we’ve needed throughout! Especially from Rhys in the Cardiff office, who’s helped us with everything we’ve needed, from getting a better deal, answering our questions and overall being a friendly face to see when we visit the unit. Overall a great experience with Storage Giant Cardiff.

One of the lifts has no working light. It has been like this since October and it's now April. I have complained twice. The first response was 'that they were waiting for a part's. The second was 'there is an ongoing dispute between whose responsibility it is - the electrician says it's the lift operators responsibility and vice versa'. I have gone in it once but never again. Absolutely shocking. I wonder when it will get fixed , if ever 🤔

I would think about use the Giant self storage unit. How there are so many 5* reviews? My experience started with incorrect pricing given over the Storage Giant website and subsequently in store. On a website price for 4 weeks storage with 75sq feet was given £30. I was surprised and asked if it is price per week. On a chat page someone said: "NO. The quote was given for 4 weeks £30 - 75sq feet room and £20 - 50sq feet" I were so happy and we made a time with my husband to go there with wishing to book a 75sq feet room for our storage. When we went to secure the 4 weeks storage two days after chatting on a website I was advised an absolutely different quote. Rent is for 8 weeks. I can use it within 4 weeks or longer, but my deposit of £75 will refund me after 8 weeks if I will continue use their storage. If I decided to leave them early, I will lost my deposit of £75. Rent will cost me £150, Lock - £10 (not padlock, so they offer customers their lock, which I can not use somewhere else) and Insurance - £40. Total price was £275. I think it is big difference. I took photographs of my chat on a website and sent them over. The member of staff from Kingswinford storage place which we saw today had been on a live chat with me this time and he said that Saturday I had chat with a chatbot and not with a stuff. This is likely where the error occurred. I believed that I had a chat with a chatbot on the beginning, but after he/she answered my other questions and confirmed the price which was given on a beginning. I wished a happy Easter and they wished me too. From my experience I learned a lots and will think what to do now, but I think I am not going to that company Storage Giant. I think on a website should be a quote for rooms explained. Also, if a live stuff not available to give you a quote, you should not believe to any internet chat. But how do you know who is on a chat with you? I am sure, I will find a storage with a reasonable price. We spend time and fuel for nothing. They let me down, so you can not trust them.

I have just checked out from the Leicester branch of Stoage Giant (staffed by Kyle, Trevor & Johnny) - I had to take out a unit due to a domestic crisis, which is now over, but would go straight back to them for any future storage needs. A trouble-free experience.

I am in between properties so needed a storage unit that had competitive prices, great space and was close to my temporary accommodation. Storage Giant fit the bill. Michelle was great, friendly and cheerful. Very accommodating and answered all my questions. The storage unit itself is exactly as described. Clean and modern. I feel very comfortable with the safety of my property at Storage Giant.

We've used this facility at Telford for about 8 years now and have to say it has been one of our best decisions. Access is great and the units very clean but what make it so good is the helpful and efficient staff. I can't speak too highly of the manager, Helen and her team especially Hannah. First rate people with an excellent approach to customer service. Very highly recommended.

Dealt with Amy in the Oldbury branch of Storage Giant, absolutely fantastic service. Nothing was too much trouble for her, broke down the two different quotation types (monthly payments and paying lump sum for what I wanted) tried very hard to get me a ground level locker due to me using a walking stick but couldn't, however cannot blame her as she tried super hard for me which I appreciate. Was courteous, polite and friendly.

Daniel at Bristol Storage Giant was incredibly helpful and quick to reply, with excellent customer service. I was out of the UK when I was told I had to move out of my old storage within 2 weeks. I was able to do everything remotely via email with Daniel’s help. Everything was sorted and arranged within 2 days. Daniel’s excellent customer service meant that a potentially stressful situation ran incredibly smoothly. And the price is cheaper than any of the other big storage companies in Bristol. Would 100% recommend.

Really pleased with the service and competitive quote. Warren was very helpful and showed us available units based on our needs as we couldn’t assess size we needed. He was friendly and professional. The place is immaculate!

I had a good expireince at the storage at the first time i went in , i had contacted other storages but later got a call from the guy Rhys who spoke to me kindly and calm , then gave me the 8weeks cheap price that made me chose gaint storage its welcoming to on the day i got in the smile from the lady at the front desk made it worth it , as me i like it when people show wormt freindlyness it dose not matter what we go through kindness wins .
