Really good experience with this company at their Nottingham site. Michelle was super helpful and friendly. The whole process was so easy from the moment I first spoke to Michelle on the phone. The facility itself is spotlessly clean, easy to access and navigate around. The lifts are the best I have ever come across in a self storage site and the door locking system is much better than older sites still using padlocks. I highly recommend this company who were also the cheapest on price by far!

I've been using Storage Giant, Bridgend for the last 5-6 months. Since my first contact with Chris the service has been fantastic. Chris got me sorted out with my first unit and as my needs changed helped get me in to an upsized unit with no fuss. The centre is excellent - lots of parking/space to unload and accessing is really easy. I highly recommend!

There was a misunderstanding with when to come to the storage unit to get things set up, however he made the whole process so smooth and was very patient throughout! Dean was super friendly and helpful. Explained everything in full detail and was happy to answer any questions we had, would definitely recommend!

Storage giant Oldbury has been fantastic since I took on a 25 square foot unit for our Christmas decorations etc. Chris and his team gave always provided professional and polite with top notch customer service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for clean, secure storage

Bicester branch- What a great bunch of people, in particular Oli. So helpful, patient, polite and professional. I am a female engineer and the guys often help me lift heavy equipment out of my van and even help me package it up when needed. I can visit the branch twice in one day and I always get the same service morning or evening. Keep it up guys your work doesn’t go unnoticed 😊

Self Storage Newport have been excellent in helping us find the right size storage. Marc is always very helpful and understanding. The facilities are excellent with really easy access. I would highly recommend if you are looking for professional and good quality storage either short or long term. Great value for money and very helpful people.

Brilliant customer service from the 3 guys at the Bicester store it was clean and well organised. Jason was very helpful while showing me around. My situation has changed recently so I don't need the storage but if I do I will be back in the future as the price and location was very good.

The Storage Giant Brislington, Bristol is a lovely place to work; I work in an office that is rented out by the Storage Giant. Craig and Dan who greet us each morning are very friendly, polite and helpful; nothing is too much trouble. The building is always very clean and tidy.

Andy, Craig & Daniel are all excellent staff who are always free to help. Ive been working from storage giant for a while now in 1 of the offices and I also own a couple storage units too. they're always on their feet busy but can always find time to help when needed
