Was so impressed with the facilities , cleanliness and ease of the service provided today . Luke couldn’t have been more professional and helpful . Saved me a small fortune on removal costs having decided to attempt it myself ! Highly recommend.

excellent service from the Llanelli team, David and Luke. Polite, friendly and professional they handled my initial query, and subsequent rental of storage units, with courtesy and made time for me. Practical demonstration of how to use locks, entry and exit procedures and I felt my Mum's possessions were completely safe and secure. Definitely recommended, customer service was outstanding!!

I work for a local kitchen company, we use this place every year without fail as they have impeccable service and their system is very simple for our customers! The team they have are very polite and always willing to help, one in particular Non. This lady always brings a smile to us weather it’s on the phone or helping out in person...she’s a star!
