From my initial meeting to view storage to making arrangements to remove my possessions when I move house the guys at Giant Storage have been on hand for any queries or advice. Luke Jones is especially helpful.

I stored with them for almost a year. I had such a great deal due to the type of storage unit I had. It had a supporting beam meaning I didn’t get the full space- so I had a discount. When there was unfortunately a leak in the unit Rhys was great. He moved me to another unit (it was bigger) and I wasn’t charged any extra. They were very accommodating especially when I’d give little notice to coming to the unit. I honestly feel I was very well looked after. Rhys is definitely an asset to the company. So thank you very much.

This is a brilliantly located facility, with a wide variety of units to suit any need you could possibly think of. Emily was incredibly helpful when I first rang up to enquire, even going so far as to go up and measure the particular unit to ensure I'd be able to fit the items in I wanted to store. The paperwork was completed quickly, and Emily's friendly, personable manner was very much appreciated. She really deserves a special mention, as nothing was too much trouble and she answered every nervous question of mine with kindness and patience! Couldn't recommend this site any more highly, they deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion. The whole operation makes something that can be very stressful as easy and straightforward as possible. Outstanding Service! All the staff who dealt with me have provided a first class service especially working in these difficult conditions. In particular I need to mention Dean, Georgia and the manager Alex. Dean went the extra mile, to assist me and arrange a unit at very short notice. He was very professional and he was careful to explain everything clearly. He ensured I was happy to use the lift and demonstrated how to open and close the unit using the lock. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Signed up to a new unit today. This is the second time I have used the Llanelli store. The staff were very helpful particularly Luke Jones. Couldn’t have made it easier for me to understand and was very helpful. Would recommend storage giant !

Storage Giant Newport Can't recommend enough. The staff there are friendly and can't do enough to help out. Prompt responses to questions. Site its self well maintained and secure. Plenty of trolleys available to move stock around.

Everything was clearly explained and, me being completely clueless, Rhiannon offered plenty of great advice about which size storage unit to use for my move. My fiancé has just started to rent a unit from storage giant Cwmbran and I must say that whenever I visit with her, all the staff are brilliant, a special mention to Gareth and Emily who are always helpful and polite. All Covid-19 guidelines are strictly adhered to providing a safe and clean facility - always spotless! Great location and always plenty of parking. Couldn’t recommend this service enough.
