Alexa & Non are fantastic! The customer service is second to none, nothing is ever too much! The facility is fantastic, the offices are great. Been there for years and love it!

This is my first time using a storage company. I looked at several others companies but eventually decided on their Newport facility for price and quality of their facilities. Wow five starts is not enough as the service I have received is like seven stars. Taz is just amazing, nothing is too much, and this goes for all the team there. Indeed I am so impressed I will be using their services after closing this unit for a very long time. Thank you Storage Giants Newport.

What a lucky stumble when we fell upon Storage Giant in Bristol after being disillusioned with other tentative plans we had made. We had a large amount of flooring to store and they had a unit exactly the right size - long and narrow - so no wasted space to pay for! And then they offered us a discounted rate! All too good to be true! Cleared the unit today - friendly helpful efficient staff - and a refund too!!!

Our son was made redundant in July and as a flat was included with the job he needed to empty it and vacate so needed somewhere to store his furniture and effects We shopped around for storage units and found Storage giant to be very reasonably priced and more secure than others we looked at. We were offered a very good price for two months and was assured if more time was needed not only could this be accommodated but we would be given a discount. Another month was needed and we were pleased at the price. Having now emptied the unit and received the deposit back very quickly we can recommend this firm and the staff that work there. Very helpful and informative . Thank you for making the move less stressful than it could have been. We would not hesitate to use them in future if the need should arise.

Absolutely superb service & customer care at the cardiff branch . Rhys has been an absolute gem with my account for a few years also being extremely helpful in helping to organise & secure a unit for friends who are living abroad & have been unable to return due to Covid , he is an absolute credit to the company. Spoken to Rhian on the phone too again very helpful . Only seen Alexa once , again very courteous.Previously used another storage company - kept putting up prices every year - finally doubling the monthly payment so moved to Storegiant a few years ago ( had to use storage for years dealing with complicated Probate), the fees have stayed the same in Storegiant . Would not hesitate to highly recommend them 😊
