Fantastic Service from both the Cardiff and Newport Stores! I've been enquiring about storage due to an upcoming house move. I called the Newport store and spoke to Taz, who was extremely helpful and talked me through the prices and options, but mentioned that they had no units available. Rather than leaving it at that, Taz passed me through to the Cardiff store, which is only a short distance away. I then spoke to Non, who was again extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Both answered my questions and made it all seem very easy! 5 stars from me!

Excellent service and attention from Luke Jones, explained the set up very thoroughly and was very helpful but expedient in processing my contract. Store Giants are very fortunate to have such a conscientious and personable employee.

I honestly can't thank Emily enough. I recently had to source storage for my parents. It was a stressful time as my father was ill and needed to make space to receive home care. Emily took pretty much daily calls from me looking at options and moving me onto waiting lists and nothing was too much trouble. We managed to get a unit within 1 week of registering and the whole process of sign up etc was seamless. The facilities are safe, secure, clean and very well lit etc and I couldn't be more impressed with my dealings with the company.

Our first time using a storage facility and it was a really good experience with Storage Giant Swansea. Luke was so helpful and friendly from start to finish - from the initial enquiry to answering any questions and helping us get set up with all our stuff into storage. Great customer service - highly recommended.

I have been in the UK for the past 18 months and have used Storage Giant Swansea for the past 12. I can honestly say their professionalism and friendly service are the best I've encountered from any providers in the UK -- and that's quite a high bar.

I would have to store the contents of a two bedroomed house for approx six months. You need peace of mind & confidence that not only are your belongings safe but those that are entrusted with looking after your things care & understand the emotional attachment to the things of a home. Louise was simply excellent in this regard, especially as I believe she was new to her role but she really is wonderfully human & helpful. Everything went & is going smoothly as my belongings are in store at present. My experience has been good & Louise is a safe pair of hands who will talk you through the process & she is fun too. Thanks again for your help.

Both Dean and Luke have been great to work with. They communicate well with each other, and every call that I had was efficient, helpful and accommodating. We needed to change plans and this was managed easily, without stress. We were welcomed warmly and orientated thoroughly to the facility, despite turning up later than we had arranged.
