This was my first time using a storage unit. Alexa was very helpful in explaining procedure and handled with the utmost professionalism. You get a security code,there are trollies and a lift. Whole experience has been hassle free.

Absolutely perfect for our 'simple house move' which wasn't actually that simple (is it ever)!! Emily was fantastic, she knew how keen we were to get things into storage and rang and us at the first available opportunity with a fantastic unit on the ground floor. We used Storage Giant Cardiff recently and had items in storage for about 18 months. The facility is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our point of contact was Rhys and nothing was too much trouble for him. We would certainly use them again.

First Class service from the team at Cwmbran. Ended up using the unit for longer than originally expected and they made sure I had the best rate for extended use. Gareth was clear about the terms and arrangement for rental and Emily was very helpful when closing my accont down.

Chose Storage Giant as the cheapest option for my needs! £80 for 8 weeks where others charge £100+ for only 4. Staff were friendly, helpful and flexible as things changed. Would definitely recommend.
