On visiting a store at a stressful time during a pandemic, I was distressed to find that there was no hand sanitiser or screens for customers. There was no covid secure signs as per govermant say so. I did not feel safe while I was there. Will not be using again

Enquired about a storage unit with Emily, she was very helpful and informative and explain all options and move in procedures. When it came time to take out a unit, Gareth was extremely helpful in sourcing me 2 smaller units as the size I needed wasn’t available. Roisin supported on move in day and was very happy to help us. Spacious and clean facilities, great parking and excellent location.

Staff are friendly and very helpful, facilities are immaculate and everything feels safe and secure. Would definitely recommend!

Extremely friendly welcome from Luke (I hope I have the right person). Check in was swift and painless. Having never used a storage facility before Luke took the time to show me the ropes. Not being from the area and facing a long drive home Luke also suggested a local beauty spot to visit before heading home. Excellent customer service and would definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage. Thank you!!!

I just want to leave Feedback for the Leicester Store. We have been with them for about a year now. The Service that we are receiving from Trevor, Johnnie and Ryan has been and continues to be outstanding. It is obvious that they all know their jobs very well. The Customer Service that they give is above the rest and out shines. When ever you go to the Storage, they are always available encase you need to talk to them about any issues or anything you need. I would have no hesitation at all in recommending them. Definetely a 5 Star place with 5 Star Staff.

Have recently used Storage Giant Newport and would fully recommend this company. Really easy to set up the storage and great advice from Roisin and Taz. Great facility to store items that you don't have room for but you need them to be safe and secure. Another family member also used Newport some months ago to store their entire house contents! Once again all without any hassle. First class company.

First class service from all the staff at Storage Giant, Cardiff. The facilities are no less than you would expect - my only concern is that the vehicle park would benefit from being a bit bigger. However, that is a minor niggle that I was happy to deal with because the staff are so helpful - always a smile and they're all happy to help in any way they can. The only reason for moving out was the need to sort out our units' contents; there is a lot of stuff so my wife and I expect to be spending quite a bit of time sorting out things to keep, things to sell, things for charity shops and things for the council tip! We live in Carmarthen so cutting travel time by an hour each way will enable us to get the job done more quickly. If you're looking for self storage in the Newport Road area (junction with Rhymney River Bridge Road) then Storage Giant is for you. A massive 'thank you' to Rhys and all the Storage Giants!
