I am so impressed with the quality of food and service from IKU. I have peace of mind in knowing that I am eating good, good food, with sustainable packaging from a value driven business with real people to communicate with. I have chronic fatigue syndrome and many times don’t have the energy to feed myself badly let alone well - IKU is a lifesaver for my health and my conscience.

I used to love going to Iku when I worked in the City and was so happy when they expanded their delivery area to include Wollongong. The food was every bit as delicious as I remembered and by far the best meal delivery service I’ve tried. I highly recommend Iku for taste, customer service (no lengthy order timeframes required) and value for money.

I have a complicated relationship with cooking. The complicated bit is that I know I need to eat to - you know - be alive, so I keep purchasing ingredients, not using them, feeling awful because I'm wasting money and killing the planet, and then ordering takeaway (but never fully enjoying it of course). Repeat x infinity. These ready meals somehow address all these criteria: healthy, not wasteful, cheaper than takeaway (also cheaper than groceries I don't use in time), thoughtfully packaged. Oh, and delicious. SO DELICIOUS.

Healthy wholesome food! The tapioca pudding desserts are delicious and healthy and the minestrone's and curries so wholesome and satisfying. The only thing that would be a great addition if more healthier oils were used (e.g. coconut oil) instead of some of the vegetable oils.

The best pre-packed food i have eaten so far. 5 star all the way for quality and presentation. My only comment is to look at the quantity though as at times the salads and other dishes are on the smaller side. Otherwise super happy with everything and i will be ordering again. Thanks Hanish

Great tasting real food! Packaging is all compostable or recyclable. This is one company that cares about the planet.

Have tried numerous other meal delivery services and when I saw Iku were offering delivery in my area I jumped online right away and put in my first order. The meals are the freshest and tastiest of all the deliver services I've tried. They're also the best value. As a vegetarian coeliac it was nice to see there were many options for me rather than an afterthought. Really pleasant delivery and glad to be supporting a company that cares about health and the environment. 100% would recommend
