I was skeptical because I have tried other meal delivery services and was not impressed. Iku meals don’t taste like packaged food/hospital food like the others did. They are tasty and super fresh. Very happy and have already placed my next order. The reason for 4 stars is I had an issue with my delivery. It didn’t arrive on it’s due date but I contacted Iku and received a quick response and a fast resolution.

The food is great and portion quite substantial. I just wish there were more options in the menu on rotation — after few orders it gets quite repetitive.

I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the food from Iku. It’s seriously delicious and the portions are the perfect size.

Delicious healthy meals!

On the whole I enjoyed my meals. Some were extremely good and some were average. The portion size was perfect and taste was above average. The baked goods don't do so well in the microwave and go a bit soggy. Got a bit fed up with the piclked cabbage with most meals. Overall though much better than most pre packed meals
