Food is delicious & the portions are a perfect size. Delivery dates are very convenient. I will be definitely ordering again.

I’ve tried a few (3 at least) vegan ready made meal services and IKU is by far the best in terms of flavour, variety and quality of the food. The value is excellent too, especially with the subscription discount. The delivery is a convenient and timely with great communication via text and email about expected timing. We have used IKU for a number of years now, if I’ve ever had to contact them about an order or delivery I have found them so friendly and efficient in helping me. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Most of the meals I tried I have enjoyed very much. I was a bit concerned about the packaging. How much is recyclable? was happy with price. Concerned about sulphites seem to be in most meals. I am very happy with meals and will order some more very soon . Thank you.

Delicious filling and I’m feeling so much better. I have pcos and have to watch my sugar levels and eat the right portions of protein carbs and fiber. These meals really help. Not a problem with delivery everything arrived in tact and the driver made sure I was there to collect the box as requested. Will order again 😊😊😊😊😊

I feel healthy just from opening my beautifully packaged healthy meals and juices when they arrived chilled to my door. With the move into spring, I love the fennel salad and roasted chickpeas as a great WFH lunch. The parsley salad dressing is also wonderful over the salad bags I buy from the supermarkets. The black bean and sweet potato curry is jam packed full of taste. It includes seasonal steamed greens, with brown rice and quinoa, plus the zingy taste of pickled red cabbage. It just should not taste as good as it does, until you read the ingredients include star anise, cardamon, nutmeg, fernugreek, rice vinegar and crushed ginger. WOW. I have several autoimmune conditions and so have to be extremely careful of every ingredient, so grateful to read when I order all the things I need to know to make a safe decision. The delivery service is 100% reliable, with fantastic SMS and email updates in real time, so you know to the minute as they approach your home. This saves hanging around all day and the delivery is professional and friendly. I love the rewards program which is another generous IKU experience, giving me free delivery on this order.

We really love the great range of dishes available and they were so fresh and easy. Patti like so many low carb options!! A big downside was how salty they all tasted, way too much and it spoiled everything.

First time trying it this week and everything is so fresh, not like other pre made meals i have had. Its also very filling which is another problem i have had with other pre packaged meals. Everything i ordered has been delicious, especially the curries and noodles. Can't wait to order again!!!

I wanted quality vegan pre packed meals and read about IKU from my local gym. I found their website and ordering process easy and informative (for food nutrients). The WOW was the food - just so yummy. The sizing was perfect, the produce fresh and so well made. I could never make such variety (nor be bothered). So my meal problems are solved!

Taste was lovely but the laksa made me I'll both times I had it. I don't think the food was stored correctly because when I got the food everything was not very cold. I think in the future there needs to be more than one cold brick in there. The tapioca cups were watery on top because they melted and split before getting to me. I ended up binning a lot of stuff after the laska made me sick because I didn't want to risk it. So taste-wise everything was great but it's just the storage and transport that let everything down.
