Yum Convenient and yum

Loved the food mostly just not a fan of puddings only in the mornings. My delivery dates are only wed or Fri. The food is short dates so tricky if you need it for meals Mon-Fri. Prefer Mon delivery if they were possible. Don’t need weekend food.

Some meals were nice, some were very average.

My first box arrived with half the food spilled over, so I contacted customer service, who was very responsive and explained their sealing machine had a problem. They sent me another box for free and they were pristine! Food is really yummy with large portion! Better than the other vegetarian food company I tried. Will definitely order again!

These meals werent cooked properly, so microwaving wasnt enough..the pastry and the beans hadn't been cooked enough.

I didn't like the flavours. I froze everything. Perhaps the unfreezing contributed to that?

The food is so much better than other similar meal delivery services. The whole experience of ordering and receiving the meals was nice and easy. I hope it stays that way.

It was as good as I remember from when I worked in the city and just what I needed to awaken my appetite after a recent illness. I will be reordering to lighten my mental load as needed. It was a great investment in my health. The delivery system was also fantastic, with notifications and tracking.

Healthy fresh ingredients combined in innovative tasty ways

Nice for a change but a bit too starch-carb-heavy for my metabolism.

The caramelised onion tart and the vegetarian lasagne both had a slimy texture. The sesame tart was ok, however the jelly top layer was tasteless and I didn’t eat it. The caramel cashews had good flavour but were soggy (can’t be helped I guess if it’s been refrigerated). The tempeh in the kale salad was way too salty. I did really enjoy the kale salad other than that. I also liked the edamame beans, as they were fresh and satisfyingly crunchy.

I have been using IKU since February but in the last few months there has been a lot of issues with the food packaging, receiving meals that were open and spilling throughout the box. Also noting the quality of the salads going down. My last order on the 27th of October had missing juices and quite a few meals opened. I have contacted IKU twice, once on the 27th of October via email and a second 19 November via their website and and still have not received any communication back and now has been a month since my order, despite them being very active here. Really disappointed, never using this company again.

Delivered on time. Beautifully presented (perhaps a bit too much plastic). Plenty of variety. Delicious. My only complains are: - although it is called a Caesar kale salad, I wish a few other salad greens had been mixed into this salad. I dislike kale pretty intensely and didn’t enjoy this meal. - one of the other salads was gritty and another had a baby slug in it. Please wash your greens a bit more throughly. Despite this, I will be ordering more Iku meals on the future. I did feel better by the end of your 5 day offering.

Delivery was great, and I loved the extra items added in which were a fab bonus as they were items I had been wanting to try. When I communicated some constructive feedback (one of my items was unavailable and replaced , which is totally fine, but probably best that they communicate that with a note in the box) they were so incredibly apologetic and customer service was exceptional. But most importantly every single meal (bar 1) was so so tasty and I plan to order again in the future. I’m usually pretty fussy with these types of meals - there always some that don’t taste great - but can safely say they were all healthy and delicious. Controversially, the only one I didn’t love was kale Caesar which is strangely highly recommended by everyone else, so maybe it just isn’t to my tastebuds liking but the other 8+ meals I tried were flavourful and balanced. Thanks again for providing great meals with exceptional service.

We have been eating IKU for what feels like forever! 🌱💚 We just ordered meals online to be delivered to our home for the first time and will never stop! We both lead very busy lives and having IKU delivered is such a game changer for us! 😊

Extremely flavourful. Would like more protein with less carbohydrate options for low calorie meals.

Always fresh, healthy and tasty meals. I am currently loving all the noodle bowls - especialy the Tom Ka Soup, which is delish. Love them all!
