I was really disappointed with the quality & taste of the salads, however I loved the flavours & variety of the other meals (Dahl, curry etc)… and will definitely be ordering these again. Xx

Yummmm!! Every main meal has been delicious and I’m not even a vegan but these meals retain their freshness and have lots of flavour!! I nearly died when I saw the amount of sugar in the Bircher bowl & Granola bowl, would be great if they could reduce the sugar in these options for future 🩷

I love their wide range of options – from breakfasts, lunches, dinners, to salads, and even raw food options. The combination of raw and heat-up meals suits my busy schedule perfectly. The customer service is top-notch as well! I’ve contacted them multiple times with questions, and they are always quick to respond and super helpful. I’m so grateful I found this company, and I now recommend Iku Whole Foods to everyone I know. I don’t have the time or energy to cook due to my erratic work hours, so having ready-made meals in my fridge is an absolute game-changer. I honestly can’t imagine life without Iku Whole Foods now. IKU makes great salads with nutritious ingredients great dressings and generous servings-they last a few days after the used by date in my experience. And the hot meals are fantastic too with many varieties to choose from and excellent quality ingredients - all highly recommended indeed.
