The order was easy to track with timing of the delivery exactly matching the predicted time. The food is really enjoyable and I felt I was eating a good balanced meal. The contents of each pack have been nicely presented with the separate components easy to see. Preparation is easy- just heat in the microwave or eat as is. The only thing I’d suggest is that the heating instructions be presented in a larger font. Very difficult to see. I would absolutely recommend this meal service.

IKU's meals are fresh and healthy! The team are absolutely lovely and delivery was super quick.

I haven't tried the salad, but just checked the ingredients and it contains 2 additives that have moderate risk. Potassium sorbate & sodium sulphite. If the two weren't there my rating would be much higher (even if the taste was not great). These are supposed to be healthy saldas.. or so i thought. Will check all my other meals i've ordered, but if they all have additives i won't be buying it again.

The sauces were far too hot and/or spicy. I couldn’t eat them. I didn’t like the flavours in most if the dishes. I’m sure it’s my issue, not IKU’s problem.

Prompt delivery. Good food and variety. I have found that the direction to heat for 2 min is insufficient and that 3 to 4 min is actually required.

Great tasting meals & decent serving sizes. Loved the fact that I could order gluten free safely.

The food is some of the best quality and so tasty. Not the bland rice packed meals you normally get.

I recently tried IKU's vegan meal delivery service, and I couldn't be happier! Each meal was delicious, thoughtfully curated, and truly special. The miso tart and eggplant lasagne was delicious, the creamy sauce gave it a rich flavour and it was really satisfying. I didn't like the fettuccini with pesto as much probably because they used a bean pasta which probably increased the protein content but doesn't take like regular pasta. I did need to order quite in advance so if you need to be organised if you're wanting the meals delivered

The only pre-made meal service that l trust. IKU's menu is diverse, fresh and tasty! No added nasty ingredients and packed full of gut loving ingredients. Highly recommend the curry's.

I’m so sorry to leave this feedback and didn’t find the meals up to standard. However, upon providing the feedback, Iku kindly refunded my order which I really appreciate.

The meals end up quite watery. One arrived unsealed. They are okay but not super exciting.

After my review about delivery problems, IKU responded to my comments very promptly. They kindly explained the logistics issues, offered a sincere apology, and provided a full refund along with one free delivery. This is true customer service—swift, kind, and solution-focused. Thank you so much! I will definitely continue ordering my meals and recommend them to my network.

Great food! Wide variety to choose from and portion size is bigger than other vegan delivery services. Good value too, especially with discounts.

Really enjoy these nutrient rich meals! Lots of great options to choose from. I just wish IKU found alternate options to the single use plastic packaging.

Wonderfully delicious food. So happy with the taste and products I received. I'm not a vegan, but am a shift worker, and really benefited from having such well made, wholesome products, readily available. The fettuccine pesto pasta is a big fave, flavoursome and deliciously light pasta, cooked perfectly. I got a couple of sago/fruit puddings in my box, and I'll tell you, they were super delicious. Glad to have this as a meal option. No more bad choice quick food, well not unless it's a treat. ;) Update: Overall I cannot fault IKU on their products, packaging nor on delivery time. An all round superb experience and I will definitely keep on ordering their products. The food portions are really good, as is the taste and balance of the meals. They are filling and were great to take to work every day. I'm a busy shift worker so need wholesome, well made and tasty meals that are good value and IKU ticked all those boxes for me.

So delicious and easy

I was so disappointed with this order. One of my items was missing, another was incorrect and three of the meals were not sealed properly so had spilled through the box.

The vegan food itself had a good taste and filled you up. Unfortunately due to an allergy I am restricted from most of the dishes in Ordering and delivery were seamless The food products have a short use by date and as I didn’t start on the day it was delivered there were a few items I had to throw out.
