Netherlands | 29 March 2022Ik had in 2019 een aankoop gedaan via Groupon toen heb ik stalen opgestuurd echter heb ik toen niets terug gehoord. Door ziekte kon ik daar niet meer achteraan. Nu jaren later heb ik toch contact met het bedrijf opgezocht en ik mag gratis de stalen opnieuw toesturen en dan hoop ik uiteraard wel wat terug te horen en dan ga ik ook vanuit. Ik ben dus heel positief over dit contact.

United Kingdom | 19 March 2022This is a copy of the email I sent to this company. I’m waiting on a reply. “I have been so disappointed in the ‘results’ you found in my test. I can’t believe them. Intolerance of ‘Cornflakes’, what ingredient as there’s quite a few? ‘pot noodles’ again what particular ingredient? Out of 975 possible intolerances you only found about 30? I find that extraordinary. I had this test done years ago with another laboratory and their results were so much more believable. I have been monitoring my food intolerances for years by recording then eliminating problem foods. I basically know what I have an intolerance of but was getting your test done to confirm my findings. Needless to say I won’t be using your lab again, even if I did decided to have another test.”

United Kingdom | 08 February 2022Don’t waste your money. Received the test kit. Completed and sent off in the smallest envelope they provided. Paid for rapid response. Chased and checked on site, no test received. After emailing what to do as site stated no sample received, bizarrely a sample and results where emailed to me within minutes. Doubt the results. Avoid. Pay cheap, pay twice.

New Zealand | 08 February 2022They get a one star because I have to click something, otherwise they would get ZERO stars. Keep away from this company. They do not deliver the KIT in New Zealand and every time you contact the support team, they come up with another lie. They even provided me with a bogus track and trace number when they have not dispatched the KIT after one month of purchasing it. I have requested a refund but they keep ignoring the emails. This is a scam and they should be reported to facebook for their scam and the commerce commission in NZ for their false advertising and from other reviews, it seems they come up with bogus results as well. People, be aware.... do not buy ever from Test your intolerance NZ and report their operation. Ava

Australia | 19 December 2021Took a very long time to receive my results, during which I have contacted support several times, every time I received completely different and misleading information. When I pointed out a suggestion to improve their service they responded in a cynical and utterly rude way. When the results finally came they were in complete contradiction to previous tests I've done and completely useless to me, I have not shown any sensitivity to the items in their list.

United Kingdom | 17 December 2021I paid for the 975 tested intolerances. My results were quite sparse compared to other companies I’ve used previously. There was not a list of items tested sent with my results to see what I’m not NOT intolerant to… which is just as important when changing your diet to avoid the intolerances. When I requested the list by email, they said they don’t have one. This rings alarm bells. Every other company has a list. The 975 items will be preprogrammed into the bioresonance machine and therefore a list is readily available……. Unless they have something to hide. I don’t believe this company has tested 975 items they claim to have done. I have requested a refund.

United Kingdom | 04 December 2021We have been using TYI over several years and now do a test every6 months or so (give or take a week). I dragged my foot for nearly 3 years and all the hospital offered me were steroid injections that I refused as no definitive result to my problem. I was given a gift of a visit to Crystal healer and he said it was my diet. I found this site and have never looked back. With 48 hours of changing my diet on the advice given, I was able to walk normally! My husband had gained weight, was lethargic. I asked if he would let me have a sample of his hair as would not do without his approval (as tempting as it was!) This showed he had numerous intolerances. He has lost 5 stone over 2 years now and looks amazing. I sent my couples samples in on Thursday, tracked and received Friday. i pay the extra to get results back quickly before I did a big shop so we are aware of what we can and cannot have. Was checking my emails Friday evening to find out our results were back! Rather shocking ones this time but taking it all on board and know we will feel fantastic. See you in 6 months

United Kingdom | 14 September 2021Do not waste your money on this tests. I had a test done last week the results came in pretty quick but very summary. I bought the most expensive test I got the result from a very basic test, I think. I wanted to take the test privately to find out, what am I allergic to and to what I'm intolerant exactly, but I was very disappointed to find out that they are not testing for Lactose, onion, garlic, curry, tomatoes, salads, etc. daily What a waste of money. I have complained to them, demanding my money back as this test is not good for me, someone replied asking me about my symptoms and that was it, not more replies. I have 90 days to get a refund, I don't think I'll get it. Do not be encouraged to buy, just because they've responded to this review, their response is deceiving and in contradiction to what they're saying. On their website it doesn't say that they are not testing for Lactose, yet they are saying that it does and it also it says it tests for IgG4 and other IgGs. Please be careful, don't waste your money.

New Zealand | 10 September 2021Purchased tests in February, after chasing results they suddenly said they had a problem with their testing machine and needed to send another kit. Completed those test and sent away. Still nothing. After adding negative comments on their Facebook add, they deleted them and all of a sudden started to reply to my emails. Then after I posted this review they contacted me and asked if I had sent my tests? I said if read my email you are replying to asking for results that will answer your question. They claimed the test were lost in the mail. They kindly offered a refund IF I CHANGED MY REVIEW ON TRUST PILOT. Wish I had trusted my gut instinct that this company was too good to be true or that I had read these reviews first. Very unprofessional company.

Chris was extremely helpful with very limited information and found all my order details for me to complete the test. He responded straight away and all within a few hours I had all the information I needed. Thanks you so much Chris West
