Leider Negativ. Schon die Bestellung verlief extrem chaotisch. Ich bekam nie eine Bestellbestätigung, obwohl sie mir 3x im Chat versprochen wurde und ich auch 2 verschiedene mail Adressen angegeben habe… keine mail kam an. Die Auswertungen sollten ebenfalls per mail kommen... Aber WIE?, wenn nicht mal die Bestellbestätigung angekommen ist?! Einen Account konnte man auch nicht anlegen, angeblich ginge es nur während der Bestellung?! Technisch absolut unverständlich und auch nirgendwo auf der Homepage erwähnt! Um noch mehr Probleme zu verhindern, habe ich in dieser Phase von meinem gesetzlichen Widerrufsrecht gebrauch gemacht und die Bestellung storniert. Aber diese Firma erstattet auch nach fast 4 Wochen die Kosten nicht, die bei der Bestellung von Paypal eingezogen wurden. Paypal wurde informiert, Käuferschutz Antrag wurde gestellt. Mal sehen, wie es weiter gehen wird. 26.3.2019 Das Geld wurde von PayPal zurück gezahlt. Die Firma "TestYourIntoleranz" hatte es in dem einem Monat nicht geschafft.

Habe die Haarproben von meiner Tochter und mir am 21. Dez. 18 verschickt und bis heute keine Rückmeldung bekommen. Auch per Mail keine Antwort bekommen. Kann jetzt nur hoffen, dass ich mein Geld zurück bekomme. Neues Update: Habe die Auswertungen heute (15.02.) per Email zugesandt bekommen. Diesen Mangel hatten meine Tochter und ich im Dezember, woher weiß ich jetzt ob ich oder meine Tochter diesen Mangel noch habe, fast 2 Monate später?

Was told it would take 7 days but actually took two weeks. The results were easy to follow and I phoned up to chase up my test. Very helpful service, just wish the NHS offered it, so we didn't have to pay.

Bought this test as I wanted to help my family understand what items they need to avoid. The discount was so good for four people and the form was easy to fill out. I simply had to enclose hair and send it in and the results came through on my email as all of the different forms. Easy peasy.

Spoke to Emily on LiveChat to chase my results and she explained my results had already been sent, but I'd spelt it wrong on the form, sorry! She changed it for me then and there and the results came through and were perfect for me. I can see why people use this service, it's perfect for me....

Didn't realise the forms would be emailed to you and not posted, so I waited for it to come through the post. Spoke on there livechat and they told me where to look. Following that, it was really simple, but I think it should be clearer you have to print the test form out. Looking forward to getting my results.

Very good medical service. My only issue is I wish I'd gotten it sooner. Unsure why there are so many bad reviews, unless it's competitor companies? They took my hair sample and it showed what items I need to stop eating which was very helpful. The only additional cost was the stamp to get the test back, but everything else including the hair bag can be found in a normal house, I just used a sandwich bag, lol.

I have reviewed my results over and over again and the more I look at them the more I have to agree with the scam reviews. They test hair which lasts up to three month's after you have ingested something bad for you. I have multiple intolerances which I already know about. However those things were not on the results. But of course, I no longer eat them so they wouldn't have shown up. They say they test for 300 foodstuffs and 300 chemicals. In fact, what came back is everything I had eaten or drank in recent months and I was apparently intolerant of every single item. I am also intolerant of gold (I wear a gold ring), cotton (I wear cotton pj's) a couple of metals that are known to be highly toxic and would kill anyone. So in conclusion its a load of rubbish. I sent an email on receipt of the results over a week ago asking for further clarification with no reply. I am now going to attempt to get my £46 back but not holding out much hope. Save your money.

The company makes it clear results will be sent within 10 working days from the receipt of their sample and I received my results within the week. I had some queries with regards to my report for which customer service replied promptly (I literally mean within the hour!) Not entirely sure why there are so many negative reviews below when I had a great experience - can't wait to see how much better i feel once I remove certain items from my lifestyle.

Good God THAT MANY fake reviews!! Save your money and take it elsewhere. This website is a complete ripoff, poor customer service and the results take AGES to arrive. They even got my name on the results wrong! How incompetent could they get. The results were completely off from what i was intolerant to. Stated such obscure food items you dont even come across in daily life like mongolian grass and whatnot. I know i am intolerant to wheat and egg, nuts and cow milk and much more but the results stated nothing of these. Complete waste of time and money.

I have a high intolerance to hazelnuts, apples and celeriac. There are still plenty of additional substances that I react extremely to! Nothing of these things were listed in my results... instead of these I found food from which I can say for sure that I tolerate them or that I have never eaten. You'd almost think I got another person's test results.... The processing took 4 weeks and not - as indicated on the website - 7-10 days. Waisted money and very disappointed :-((((

Accurate testing by a friendly company. I spoke to the nutritionist afterwards who gave me further advice and it was really beneficial. Love it.

A great, easy to understand test. It helped me to undestand what I need to eat and what I need to avoid. Customer service asked me to leave a review as my test went well.

I sent my hair samples out twice (under two different names) within a month of each other and got two COMPLETELY DIFFERENT results. I didn't change my diet within that time frame either, which tells me that these test results are extremely unscientific and random.

They only report on things over 85% - worth paying more for a better testing provider.

The live chat team were so helpful and explained everything to me clearly before ordering. My results came quickly and were easy to understand. I'll definitely be recommending their service to my friends and family.

I have anaphylaxtic shock to walnuts and penicillin neither of which they picked up. Like others they suggested I was allergic to foods i have never eaten! Not impressed.

Not even 1 star. This company is a complete joke and absolutely not to be trusted. I received test results that said I was deficient in alcohol (?!) so emailed to query on several occasions spanning 7 months and have been completely ignored. When I finally managed to speak to someone on the online chat facility they refused to give me any complaints procedure other than to email the same address that just never responds. Coincidencely the same email address to contact for a refund which they’ve now said I’m no longer eligible for due to them ignoring my emails. A total scam. Do not give this company your money!
