United Kingdom | 21 February 2018I have ordered the full intolerance test in 2017 and had to email to get my results. I already had an idea of what I could not digest having been in a nutritional family, and weirdly the test came out totally opposite of those believes. Following with 2 weeks strict diet, ate everything it said I could (dairy) and none of those I wasn't allowed (chicken, apple tree etc :) Then only I became suspicious as I felt sick after milk and looked up the website again and read that it was fully based on bio-resonance technique, testing hair against products. Nothing factual but this and it's all my fault for not looking properly. Then I went on trustpilot and saw the reviews which scared me enough to act, I requested a refund based on the fact I tried to follow the diet but didn't work and I received it straightaway, minus some fee, but I was still happy as I felt fooled. They also operate I just found out a sibling website where they indeed offer testing based on blood test, so that could be worth looking at it for some but I wont be taking risks again and will do it my hometown abroad where more strict rules apply on ltd's.

United Kingdom | 31 January 2018Terrible! Did not pick pick several intolerance I have and their customer services refuse to talk to me about it and accept my complaint. Do not use it - it's cheap for a reason!

United Kingdom | 31 December 2017The test is inaccurate and imprecise, as stated by them, with false positives and whatnot; however, for £60 they tested me against 600 things, which is more breadth than other tests and very affordable. And within the false positives, was a hit, so it really helped. The results gave me a rough pointer that I should avoid Milk fats, Raspberry, and Hops. I cut all dairy out of my diet, also raspberry and hops, and after two weeks of eating none of it at all, my horrific wake-up-at-night-scratching-my-own-skin-off-and-bleeding-all-over-the-bed-sheets eczema started to clear up, and it was completely gone after four weeks. I'd had eczema for two decades, and it had gotten really really bad for the last few years. That was a year and a half ago, I'm still eczema free. I suspected raspberry and hops were false positives, which i confirmed. It does exactly what it said it would - give inaccurate results at a very low price. If you're intolerant to something (which you have been eating regularly), it will show up on the test along with things you aren't intolerant to. They should maybe make it more clear on the results - "if you're intolerant to something, its probably one or more of the things in this list"

United Kingdom | 17 August 2017Intolerance tests from hair samples or ‘energy’ have no scientific basis whatsoever. This company doesn't mention this on their website so it is a scam because I almost ordered it thinking it was like a proper NHS test. Instead it relies on made up energy fields. Research it for yourself before ordering. Read the BBC articles and newspaper articles about how these tests misdiagnose people and cause real harm.

United Kingdom | 14 August 2017Requested a refund within their policy time for a refund. Am getting blanket automated replies and they are trying to charge a £15 'Admin Fee' which is against the law. A completely unprofessional and poor way of dealing with the situation. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

United Kingdom | 07 June 2017Tried to cancel purchase after a day, they are refusing to issue a full refund and trying to charge £15 admin to cancel - even though they have done absolutely nothing to warrant a charge of any kind! Very unprofessional and unhelpful - will have to go to my bank to obtain a refund that way. Absolutely shocking.
