The difference between a sensitivity and intolerance should be explained much more clearly up front on the website. In some places it gave the impression they're somewhat the same and testing covers it all. What I now understand is this doesn't cover intolerances at all. For my pet test, the results failed to pick up anything that she currently does react strongly to. The list was small and none of the things identified are ever fed to my dog. My own test had such a huge number of flagged results that I feel totally overwhelmed and like I can't eat anything in the world. In my case, I haven't found this to be helpful, especially for my dog.

I detailed report of my intolerance. And I feel the results are pretty genuine. I restricted the items show as intolerant. I see the difference. It affordable.

The online testing was very simple, I just filled out some info, cut a few pieces of hair and mailed it in. The results came fairly quickly and now I'm able to adjust my eating habits to benefit myself.
