Don't waste your money. This is not accurate medical test. READ THE T&C "Our test results are indicative and are not intended as medical advice of any kind, and should not be or considered as a diagnosis" I've got completely random results, which I'm sure are invalid, and "100% money back guarantee" doesn't work.

This company do not even deserve 1 star. I have had more stress with this company than I’ve ever had. I have already written about them and they said it was resolved and it’s not. I sent my results away way back on the 17/6/22, I have had email after email saying that there are delays and problems, they offered to give me 20% back this never happened then they offered to give me 50% back shock horror this never happened either I have only just received the results yesterday and they still haven’t given me my compensation. They are totally unreliable and untrustworthy I still do not trust that the result they have given me are accurate. Do not use this company 😡.

Great customer service every time, I have used this company myself and for relatives many times, and when working in a health store I have recommended this company a numourous times and every time a customer has been very happy! The business seems to have made changes for the better and made the process easier to follow on how to send off the sample. They seem to have gotten busier and hiccups can happen reading reviews below however if anything is lost the company have been so swift at sorting the little confusion and they have customer service 24h None of my customers or family friends have had issues I feel sometimes people should consider properly prior to giving a review as this company has helped so many people I know and I'm so grateful for their lower prices
