I don't like just waiting for an E-mail. I would like to be able to sign on and check by order #, or date, where my order is.

United States | 28 September 2016Slow processing, could be better with shipping and tracking details, UPS preferred over FedEX home delivery as with UPS I can have it held at local station and pick up at my convenience. FedEx home delivery only allows pick up from very specific and distant locations so since signatures are required I have to waste a day waiting for them. I will no longer purchase wine from a vendor that will not ship UPS.

Disappointed in
United States | 16 September 2016Just a major headache with FedEx that impacts the wine buying experience. Shipment was postponed due to hot weather. Once shipped via FedEx the delivery person today shows up to my building and instead of ringing doorbell to get access into the building (giant sign on the door instructs all visitors to do so), he leaves a sticker "package not delivered" and drives around the rest of the day in a hot truck with my extremely expensive package of wine and it will sit somewhere in the heat overnight until tomorrow's attempt?!?!? NICE...the most expensive bottle of wine I've ever purchased may be ruined! I want another shipping option if this is the half-baked effort I can expect with FedEx such a perishable and valuable product. Thought you'd want to know how disappointed I am right now.

Silly company, don't they know to ask for a review AFTER the product is received?? Hopefully I'll get my wine soon (2 cases, all in stock).
