How can I write a review, I have order the products two weeks ago and haven't received it yet!

Overall, good service. The correct wine was shipped and delivered on the specified dates. Areas for improvement are that I had to initiate contact, in order to confirm the online order, and shipment tracking information was not provided.

Had a bottle of this wine at a restaurant in Baltimore and paying 30+ dollars. We absolutely fell in love with it and could not find it anywhere locally, it is from Italy. Saratoga had it for $7.94 a bottle, $95 for the case, reasonable shipping , The vintage I wanted, I ordered it on Monday and I had it on Wednesday! I work for a local winery so I am a wine snob. Would most def buy again, but as always love cheaper shipping! Thank you Saratoga Wine.

I wanted to order a few wines from a specific winery for an event. This website had a great selection of wines. The website mentioned it might take 4 - 6 business days before the wine would even ship, which wouldn't work for me. So I called customer service and was assured the wine would ship out the next day, and it did! The wine arrived in plenty of time for our event, and was packaged very nicely. Thank you!
