I have used Saratoga wine exchange twice but have been beyond pleased with the quality of my product and the timeliness of my order. I also had to make a change and combine two orders to reduce shipping and they handled that perfectly. I would definitely order from there again and would highly recommend them.

My first order with Saratoga Wine and won't be my last. Was so happy to find the vodka I was looking for and before I knew it the box was on the way.... packed really carefully so all arrived safely. My only negative is with Federal Express itself. They only deliver residential deliveries in my neighborhood early in the day. They don't deliver later so I had to track down my box and pick it up.

Their terrible shipping experiences have distracted from what was otherwise a pleasant shopping experience. Saratoga Wine has a very vast collection and I am pleased with the ease of ordering. however; I ordered my product over a week ago and because Saratoga uses FedEx, I am now forced to drive over an hour to the "closest" FedEx Warehouse (not Kinkos or even a FedEx office) in order to pick it up because according to FedEx, "the shipper won't allow any other options". I will be hesitant to order from Saratoga anytime soon.

I was having trouble getting my purchase thru their online system. I called and they took the order over the phone and delayed the shipping until the weather cools off.

I would definitely recommend Saratoga Wines. The prices were very reasonable and shipping was fast to the mid-Atlantic states.

We had this really good white wine in Monterosso, Italy (Cinque Terre). When we got home, I wanted to purchase this wine. Saratoga was the only one who had any in stock, so I ordered 2 bottles. A few days later they e-mailed me and siad they were out and my order would not come until 8/6/. I got a nice surprise when it arrived on July 29. Their communication was really good and so was the wine. If you have a hard to find wine use Saratoga Wine, they are really good.
