I am writing to express my extreme disappointment regarding the ongoing issue with fetching orders from eBay. Despite multiple calls to your customer service team, the problem persists, and I have received no resolution or follow-up. Details of the Issue: The order-fetching process was fully functional before but has now ceased to work. Your team assured me that they would contact the IT department to address this issue. Unfortunately, no one has provided a solution or communicated how I can fix this problem. As a loyal customer, I expect timely and effective support. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and a clear plan of action to resolve the issue promptly. Please treat this as an urgent matter, as it directly impacts my business operations. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue.

This is one of the best companies to sent parcels - for me Locally UK . They have the best prices than any other couriers on the website especially with long parcels . I have sent skis with them for very reasonable prices than those charged by all UK couriers. Keep it up. TRANSGLOBAL 5* service

I found them to be the best on price and reliability. No problems at all sending my parcels from UK- Seattle. Picked up from my front door and delivered within 48-52 hours. Full itinerary of where my parcel is. Customer service has always been really helpful. I would recommend using this service.

I have switched totally to Transglobal for all of my international post. The service is brilliant. I book what I need, I get a text and email 15 to 30 mins before Marty picks up the parcels, he is always on time and very friendly and scans all my parcels carefully, They get to the USA and all over the world with no problems, and the tracking is every step of the way. Brilliant!

I have used Transglobal on quite a few shipments and have found the team to be extremely helpful and willing to assist especially with the commercial invoices. One particular member of staff does stand out for excellent customer service - Patrick Young. He totally takes ownership of any problems or queries you present to him and promptly deals with the matter doing his upmost to iron out any issues. Great service, highly recommend.

I had a problem loading an invoice for an export shipment to the Republic of Ireland. For one reason or another the Transglobal Website would not allow me to enter more than 19 lines on the invoice. I called the helpdesk and Nikki was wonderful and even filled in the form for me from her end. 'Above & Beyond'

I received a message saying that your item will be delivered to you within 15 to 45 minutes waited whole day nothing got delivered When I run them on the following working day I was advised that it was delivered Ask them for a proof of delivery they could not provide any proof of delivery but said we have interviewed the driver who has said that he has delivered the parcel correctiy They will readily accept a £5 for adding an enhanced insurance to your parcel but they would not accept a parcel not delivered to you is it legal not to provide a signature or an image or any kind of proof of delivery to the customer. Since when does the law work on here and say We will write to them and wait for two weeks before we open a small disputes claim as its a matter of principle. if they do not accept it we will take them to the small disputes terminal I'm leaving a link here if anyone else has had the same experience they can do the same not happy with this company at all. We did open this case with another courier is past and they finally agreed had tp pay us the cost of the item. the web link can be found at money claim go uk ( Instead of providing proof of delivery they want us to provide CCTV footage to show that it was not delivered)

Everyone at Transglobal Express have been really helpful in liaising with the courier to resolve a difficult shipping situation where the receiver in another country wasn't communicating to pay import duties and the item was sitting in customs. We got good advise along the way and finally the situation was resolved. We have been shipping in our business with Transglobal Express for several years now and strongly recommend them as they offer great support service!
