United Kingdom | 23 January 2024Bad Customer service: We sent our parcels with them and they delivered them opened with some books missing and they claimed that it is the customs: customs have X-Ray machines and when they suspect something they open it and seal it back, but our parcels were open with a cutter and books stolen. We called them to draw their attention to this act but they just ignored that...What a customer service...Zero Rating for customer service, Zero Rating for Business ethics, Zero Rating for the way of doing business, Zero Rating for handling the issues. United Kingdom | 22 January 2024During December (the busiest trading time for any online seller) due to a "Data Error" on their website when booking my items for collection - TGE managed to send ALL my various 14 items (due for delivery all to different people in different countries) to ONE PERSON in Canada !. Since then I received many emails from TGE telling me I had shipped an excess of 4kg of the 'declared' weight to ONE customer !, when in fact this was THEIR error in shipping all 14 items to one customer. I received several emails blaming myself and initially being issued with £33 excess weight charge to pay. I was completely ignored by a certain person continually when challenging them on this with facts as to why this couldn't be my fault and how the photo of my box had been completely re-labelled from the label I put on it. I have had to kick up such a stink and get so angry to actually get heard by TGE. Finally someone with some actual customer service skills looked into this and discovered the error was at TGE side, their website was barely even working - timing out and crashing continuously the day I was booking these items and upon completing the booking of all the items for collection it crashed, it took my payment but did not generate any labels or emails to confirm. These had to be generated very slowly, one by one, often numerous times - the following day after contacting customer service. I ended up having to refund many of these orders after explaining to customers they would now not receive these in time for Christmas. Some of the items were sent on to customers after their trip back from Canada, some were returned to me for ones I had refunded. TGE refunded me booking fees for ones I have had to refund, which only covers a small part of an entire refund I've had to make to several customers - who probably won't buy from me again. Since then, I have been emailed weekly, regarding more "Excess weight" charges they want me to pay related to TGE' mess up with this order. Again, I've been ignored when replying to explain the fee is due to THEIR mistake. There were 14 items in the box that ended up with one customer in Canada, So far I think I've had, 3 emails across the last 3 weeks, asking for me to pay excess weight charges related to this, so there's probably about another 10 similar emails they're going to send me over the coming weeks. I really can't even imagine how many hours of my time I've wasted trying to argue, explain, repeat myself with the whole long winded story. Exasperated, sad I need to post it on here, this clearly isnt going to get resolved across email as it's just getting passed from pillar to post weekly.

United States | 17 January 2024I have a hard time with FedEx - they are not accessible to explain why my shipment (TP-6739867) is sitting in Newark since 1/12 (today is 1/16) and I cannot get a delivery date. I will NEVER use FedEx again. Unfortunately Transglobal is no longer offering UPS direct service from the UK, rather there is a delivery to a UK depot and then the packages are routed via FedEx or UPS (and I cannot tell when I select the service, only at the end when I get the booking confirmation). FedEx is AWFUL!!

United Kingdom | 17 January 2024TGE’s Nikki Gonzalez has gone above and beyond to help me retrieve a box that DHL misplaced, added another non applicable label, and managed to send to the wrong country! She managed to get DHL to recognise their error and collect the item and redeliver to my correct address. 100% customer service, she’s a diamond give her a pay rise and a free spa day! Also, my previous regular experiences with all the TGE staff has always been positive.
