The packaging is gorgeous. I love the fridge leaflet that’s included. I got the £20 mystery box and a birthday cake bar. I loved all the flavours. I got a coconut based bar, and I despise coconut with every inch of my being, but I was shocked by how it wasn’t just palatable, but delicious. In fact, it was my favourite bar. The others were gorgeous too. I’ve never had such lovely chocolate. Have accidentally bought another £40 mystery box. It may be an expensive luxury in this current economy, but I wouldn’t be without. It’s not just chocolate, it’s an experience. It’s nice to know you’re also supporting a small UK based business. Keep doing what you’re doing! Might have to get this chocolate on subscription!

Beautiful chocolate, bought it for ourselves as a little Christmas treat and kt definitely didn’t disappoint. We even ended up eating the one we was meant to be giving as a gift haha

My brother wanted to try these but didn't feel like splurging on the price so I got him them for christmas. He did not like them however, the taste was fine but the build quality was shocking. When he broke a bit of the square he broke off was just mush. After P&P each bar came to almost £8 and it just doesn't seem worth it

I love the chocolate from the chocolate smiths. One of my bars arrived super smushed which didn't detract from the taste but was difficult to eat. Other than that fab!

Love this chocolate! The salted caramel brownie is a personal favourite! It came so quick to! Before the date that was suggested, just before Christmas!

My only issue with the website on mobile is that the site doesn't register some clicks below a certain threshold on the screen. The company itself is lovely and has amazing products, and the site is very UX friendly. I've had 0 issues ordering, paying, communicating, or receiving my products.

Really wanted to love these guys I ordered my chocolate on the 15th Nov fully expecting it to arrive in approx 10 days as advised on the website ..fair enough I then got a message from royal mail advising it would be delivered on the 27th then again on the 27th a text to say it’s been redirected ..checked tracker and it’s in Swansea ?? I live in Glasgow and no update on the tracker and no response to email ???

I recently discovered this chocolate after a friend told me about I. I ordered the £20 surprise box. I tried a piece of every chocolate bar that came in the box and then went back online and ordered another 7 bars. The flavours are out of this world. My new favourite chocolate.

The best handmade chocolate I have ever tasted. The flavours are unique and delicious. The price is very reasonable for the care that goes into making each bar of chocolate and the individual wrappings which are also very unique to each bar and the detail on them is amazing. I am a fairly recent customer and have only ordered about 5 times now but each chocolate I try just gets better and better. Cannot wait for my advent calendar!

Its fustrating trying to order chocolate with this company, website isnt the best, if you order 1 chocolate bar just now, you are asked to wait until at least 20th december for item is sent out… your paying alot of money for chocolate and waiting at least 2-3 weeks for delivery of 1 chocolate bar- i used to order every week but it takes far too long…i would understand if it was a big order but come on, its 1 chocolate bar- which costs over £10 with delivery fee- if delivery is going to take so long- it should be free at least- come and go… company must be popular and cant keep up with demand… then empoy more staff… i spend less money now of russell and atwell- fresh chocolate the best chocs i have ever came across and you get your chocolate within 4 workings days and its FREE shipping. its a real shame. if only much quicker i reckon they would sell even more.

Ordered 2 chocolate bars to be sent to my brother in London as he loves chocolate and my friend bought me the birthday cake bar from The Chocolate Smiths a few years ago and it was amazing. Yes delivery takes a while but it's well worth the wait and nice to know you're supporting a small business, it clearly states the delivery times on the website when ordering too and I received email updates when it was dispatched. I phoned him to see what he thought and he loved it even more than Tonys chocolate which I never thought he would say, these are a great present and stocking filler, will be buying more for christmas! 😊

Came just in time for Halloween which was perfect. The bars are delicious and the wrappers are designed really well. It was a really fun and tasty experience so thank you!

I waited till October to order the mystery box as I hoped to try the Halloween bars, and I got 3 of them! They were very interesting and delicious flavour combos, my only issue was the marshmallow fluff going everywhere! 😂 but you can just cut it with a knife instead! Amazing chocolate thank you 😋

One of the best hand made chocolate I have ever had. I got the surprise £20 worth of chocolate box, got 4 big tablets, 3 were halloweem flave and 1 peanut. The flavours blew my mind, the ratio filling inside/the rest of the chocolate is perfect. The only downside is that as you eat it, it has a tendency to finish. So now I have to buy more. To be able to enjoy MORE
