We had our son's bags shipped and retrieved from Bay Area to a camp in the Seattle area. Everything went according to plan, even though we live in the boonies. Easy to arrange and delivered all (2 big 50 lb duffles) as scheduled.

We had a lot of little issues because I didn’t follow DHL regulations seriously but Ship camps worked with us to get it right. They went above and beyond to help solve our issues. Got our giant trunks to israel on time and smoothly! DOOR TO DOOR! Thanks again so much. Cassidy was a doll!

Trunk was picked up on time, delivered on time both ways and without problem. Service was personal and owner called to make adjustments to shipping labels and cost based upon what we were shipping. No hassles, and very helpful. Recommend

Customer service was excellent pre shipping to camp. However, we were told that our daughters bag would leave the next business day AFTER the last day of camp, putting her duffel arrival on a Friday. Unfortunately, the duffel left camp the very same day as my daughter- Friday and then arrived at our house when we were out of town. This was not expected and we needed to ask a neighbor to assist. If we had known we could have planned better- not sure why Bag left on different day than planned.
