I found the ship camps process seamless and easy. I the bags were easy to track; I knew where they were each step. After a small incident with one bag, customer service was extremely helpful and another organized process. Highly recommend.

First time using Ship Camps. Sent a standard trunk and large duffle from New York to a camp in Maine. Fantastic service! I also needed to call, due to an error on my part in completing the information for the shipping label. The young man who answered the phone was both professional and kind. He made the correction immediately. Will definitely use Ship Camps again and will highly recommend.

Shipping a bag was a bit pricey but very straightforward and worked well. Picked up on the day scheduled and delivered 4 calendar days later (included a weekend). Arrived in good condition.

We are thankful that the bags arrived at camp on time. The website was confusing because when we initially set up the shipment we thought we needed to drop off by July 6 but then received a phone call that we were supposed to drop off June 27th (the day after I arranged the shipment online), which was not clear. Thankfully, a rep. called and let us know June 28th and I was able to work with James to change the drop off time. However, two days later I received all the shipping tags that I needed. The directions with the tags were super clear, James emailed me a location where I could drop off. Fed Ed was super easy to work with when I dropped it off. We really appreciated this service and we didn't have to carry our bags on the plane!

I was nervous about shipping my daughters' trunks, especially because we needed to ship them several weeks before the start of camp due to a family vacation. It all went seamlessly and was so simple!
