When we received my son's pinwheel rugged phone the dialer app would only work for one call and then freeze. Because I was busy and you are on Central time, it took a few days of back and forth to pinpoint and describe the problem. The latest update to the Pinwheel app was just installed remotely and everything now seems to be working as it should! Glad it's working! Thanks!

Pinwheel tech support (EMS), identified my issue and offered a resolution very quickly. As it turned out, there is a limitation in the phone manufacturer’s hardware which Pinwheel cannot override (the factory reset function can’t be disabled, and for good reason). Since it did occur, they’ve quickly sent us a new phone all set up ready to go.

We are new to using pinwheel, about a month in. So far it has been great - given our 12 year old a sense of responsibility as we were previously people that said she'd not have a phone until she was 16 at least! This met her needs of communication, checklists, access to music, and our parental needs of no social media and internet. Customer service has been amazing from initially inquiring about the phone before purchasing to a current issue they resolved immediately and without hassle. I'd recommend pinwheel so far to anyone with children or teenagers alike.

They are fairly prompt at getting back to you, but we have had the phone x 8 months, and always seems to be an issue with some piece of the technology. Not worth it in my opinion. Also too many modes. The general idea of a kid-safe phone is great; but there needs to be a lot of technical upgrades before this phone is really practical.

Absolutely an adorable resale shop! I found high end designers at affordable prices, Ferragamo, Prada, Jimmy Choo and designers that I desire. Shoes had boxes and shoe bags! Garments were pressed and ready to wear. I met a wonderful shop owner who values taking in only the best into her shop and her integrity showed. Will shop again!

We had a bit of difficulty getting started. It wasn’t clear in the directions where you get the SIM card. Then texts weren’t going through and emergency contacts and others were flipped, but Genn was very helpful in resolving the problems. So far, so good! I look forward to building good phone skills /responsibility with my daughter.

Help from the zombie hunter was FAST and HELPFUL. Both times I have asked a question or needed assistance. Turnaround time was much better than I have with Verizon, TMobile and Tello...All other carriers that I have or currently use.

Pinwheel, like a tetanus shot,has been a bit painful, but I think the the outcome will be worth it. Genn was very helpful. I was already frustrated and she was able to walk me through the navigation path to reset the wifi and bluetooth and reset the APN settings (twice). The chat feature kept crashing. Every time I was trying to follow her instructions, or type a response, it would crash and lose my place or my typed response. Took much longer because of this technical bug. Once we get through the set up curve, I anticipate we will be quite pleased with our choice to go with Pinwheel. (The kids are already thrilled!)

I love knowing my kids have a phone for emergencies but that there is nothing on their to keep them glued to the screen! I wish some apps were available for them to use for school but am glad there is a place to leave suggestions and see what's being worked on and what is coming soon.
