I thought I just ordered the same thing I ordered from Amazon🙄but instead I ordered a continuous order‼️‼️‼️the color was wrong and it was valued at $191.00🤯🤯🤯

Customer Service availability sucks. Called, emailed, no response. Wanted to exchange my trial order before my trial period expires. No luck. Decided to just buy what I wanted to exchange original for. We'll played Luminess in getting us to buy.

I did the try before you buy option on several products. I like 2 of the 5 and wanted to keep them but didn’t need two of the of other three- they were added on at checkout, and did not like the face serum as it gave me a rash. I reached out to customer service to get those products returned and never got a message or call back and have now been charged $120 dollar for the products. I do not recommend this company based solely on their shady business practices and will not be making any more purchases from this company.

For my older skin makes my face look very dry and shows more wrinkles

I received the products along with more products than I had ordered, after which I notified Luminess via their website asking why this happened and that I immediately needed to return all products. I also inquired about the price I was being charged for these products which was extremely high based on what I had ordered and yes the associate explained that was the correct cost. Well I then told her I was not keeping these products and requested I receive the return label and then very quickly I was offered a one time price at a discount of eighty five percent below price to keep them so there would be no need to return and to go ahead and try the products with hopes that I would love them as much as their other customers do. With the cost going from $139 to $20.40 I agreed and went directly to my profile account on the website to cancel the subscription. I am currently using the products and so far enjoying them because they are very much appreciated and very well made products that look great on and easy to use. If I decide to continue using these products I will purchase them based on my own personal account and Not For The Fourteen Day Trial crap on their advertisement that is very misleading.

The company tacked unwanted product onto my order. Thankfully I caught it in time to cancel the order.

I love the offer to try the product first. The color they helped me pick is perfect.

I ordered this during the try before you buy. I only ordered the airbrush and the foundation with the brush. When the product arrived there was several other items in the bag that I remember clicking no to. I now have 2 charges on my account one for $52 and one for $79.

I did not like the color they tend to look orange. It also breaks me out.Just wasn't a good fit.

The Color was not good but they are sending a different color so we shall see .
