The first foundation I received wasn't a good color match. I called and the customer rep helped determine what would be the best shade and sent new product out. I appreciated that so much. Sadly, I wish I knew someone who could take the color that didn't work. So far, I love the foundation and the the powder giftset. I'm almost 50 and I've always had trouble find a good make up that wasn't too heavy.

Not at all pleased with the airbrush foundation kit. I used the serum as directed during my daily skin routine. I, also, applied the primer prior to the foundation. The results were far less satisfactory than my original foundation. It caked up in the fine lines on my forehead and around my eyes. It made my skin appear dry and flaky. It also felt like I was wearing panty hose over my face. Not satisfied and I will be sending it back.

Wrong colors on all products. I texted to return the order and get a refund but they said they had no record of my email address which is strange cause I've gotten lots of emails from Luminess. Order ID: 15878676 Update: Luminess reached out to me and were sorry for the problem. They offered a partial refund which I said was unacceptable. Then they said they will refund all my money. So despite everything they are honest and have good customer service. I really like Luminess but can't seem to get the correct color. Also they took me off of automatic renewal.

My skin ends up extremely dry and flaky but the end of the day.

Product arrived quickly. Not loving the coverage of the product. Trying to learn how to apply.

Better service

Delivery was a bit longer. The shade compression is a bit off. Lighter than expected compared to description. A lot of products to try.

I repeatedly requested return. I’m not satisfied with the product. It cakes, it stains in lines and the cover for pore imperfection is very very poor. I have tried many pricy make ups and your product is on very bottom of my list. I followed all instructions a steps but the outcome has much left to desire. Please have one of your team member from returns actually return my mail where I am requesting phone call. It has been days.
