Dave Korger is by far THE MOST HELPFUL PERSON ON THE PLANET. He has not only provided me with superior customer service but to the countless amount of people I have referred. He has assisted me with refinancing and financing vehicles, mortgage refinancing as well as credit cards and he always does it with a smile. He treats you like you're part of his extended family. He is my go to for all things financial!

Since I completely my purchase I have been getting calls that I do not have credit life so please verify because my documents say that I do...So Annoying

I withdrew $ from a brokerage joint acct. Both I and my wife endorsed the check. But you insisted that because she didnt have an Altra account I couldn't deposit the $ into my account unless she showed up IN PERSON . I'm insulted.

Molly D has helped me and my family on multiple occasions. She has helped me establish credit for my children and saved me countless thousands and get this….. I have never stepped into a branch…. Ever.

Once again, Altra didn't credit me with the proper dividends. Made sure all my transactions were done before 2 pm and had posted by business which is what they told me the requirements were and still didn't get it. Looks like it's about time to move money.

Online Banking down so often and always at the worse times and makes me reset my password every time

My wife and I recently opened up several accounts at the new branch in Lindale. While we were there, we inquired about their home equity loans, and were so impressed with the low rate and fees. Our loan officer Phil was very easy to work with and made the entire process extremely fast. His follow up throughout every step was awesome! I’m disabled and the fact that I have to come in to the building for some of the transactions needed I hate that you changed the option to have all of the drive through to be atm only. Some time the atm will act up and I can’t walk in as easy as some. I have been a member for years and I’m not sure why you would change to atm only.

I dont like change. This was a needed change and I was nervous. If I was choosing the right bank. I'm very happy and satisfied with the move. From opening an account to The FRIENDLIEST employees. Rates and getting the loan was great + all the employees have been friendly, however the UI and digital path to make a mortgage payment, or setup autopayments for mortgage is unbelievably bad. I've never used such a poorly built system before. It's inexcusably difficult to manage, after hours of trying to complete this basic action, I've given up.

The transaction was to change from a 12-month to a 13-month certificate. I made the change in the office on a Friday. I was told I couldn't get any paperwork till Monday and, that, only by email. No email was received Monday or Tuesday. My wife called the main number and was told the only paperwork would be at 3 months because a specific email request wasn't sent in. My wife asked for the local phone number -- she was told all calls were routed through one main number.

Better thank banks. Best 1 on 1 service any where.
