United States | 03 September 2022Once again, Altra didn't credit me with the proper dividends. Made sure all my transactions were done before 2 pm and had posted by business which is what they told me the requirements were and still didn't get it. Looks like it's about time to move money.

While we were there, we inquired about their home equity loans, and were so impressed with the low rate and fees. United States | 28 August 2022I’m disabled and the fact that I have to come in to the building for some of the transactions needed I hate that you changed the option to have all of the drive through to be atm only. Some time the atm will act up and I can’t walk in as easy as some. I have been a member for years and I’m not sure why you would change to atm only.

United States | 25 August 2022Rates and getting the loan was great + all the employees have been friendly, however the UI and digital path to make a mortgage payment, or setup autopayments for mortgage is unbelievably bad. I've never used such a poorly built system before. It's inexcusably difficult to manage, after hours of trying to complete this basic action, I've given up.

United States | 24 August 2022The transaction was to change from a 12-month to a 13-month certificate. I made the change in the office on a Friday. I was told I couldn't get any paperwork till Monday and, that, only by email. No email was received Monday or Tuesday. My wife called the main number and was told the only paperwork would be at 3 months because a specific email request wasn't sent in. My wife asked for the local phone number -- she was told all calls were routed through one main number.
