I just called the Support line "Member Services" in order to get walked through reviewing old bank records. In the years past, it has been difficult to find someone who could walk me through it. TODAY, I was lucky enough to find a humble tech, Dao, who really knew what he was doing! He patiently walked me through the entire process in minutes and was willing to go above and beyond for me. WOW! Thank you, Dao, and Altra Federal Credit Union.

I opened account with $25 and made it out with $15. I tried to link an external account and they flipped out like it was the most outrageous thing anybody ever did. They locked me out and when I called they interrogated me like a criminal. It is as a miserable experience. You will lose I promise. Run away!

Wow what can I say but how pleased we were to combine our two auto loans with Altra Federal Credit Union ! They make it so easy and with Great rates . We even applied for their Credit card and transferd a balance from another card because Altra’s rates were lower then the others . Monica and Elizabeth from Onalaska’s office are Rock stars at their jobs ! So nice so professional and they really know their jobs and treat you like family . Because of Staff like Monica & Elizabeth gives Altra a Great reputation an excellent customer service. Kuddos to you both !

Online bill pay not user friendly for those paying loans via other financial institutions. I have access to the registered user page on paybill.com and have autopay set up. Somehow, the loan amount increased by 2.85 and now I have a late fee for 8 dollars? Why does this service not allow me to pay whatever the monthly charge is, not a fixed amount that goes up by the month?

Amber Tompkins is a true professional in every way. Her personality, and attention to detail shows how proficient she is in her work. Highly recommend.

This website makes it very difficult to register, or even make a payment without extra fees.
