Good overall experience. Aimee Frier is a pleasure to deal with. The phone system is a little tricky to speak to someone but other than that a good experience.

I have had Altra since I moved to MN several years ago. When I moved to Massachusetts; I was unable to find a bank or credit union that offered the same as Altra. So, I'm still a customer of Altra even though I've been in MA since 2016.

Do not bank at Altra, where they approve you for 30k side by side and deny you for 15k property...

I had a very good experience.

I like to use the Altra online banking, however, find it extremely time consuming and frustrating looking for past transactions, there is no way to filter and search through checking account transactions. At my previous bank this was available and found it VERY convenient. I feel it would be a major improvement on the Altra banking website. I hope this can be considered. Thank you

Great customer service & the staff is always friendly, they even a treat for my dog! So much better and faster than any bank I've used. Love my Altra Credit Union. They always save me money on credit card fees or loans. Why go anywhere else!

I recently moved all of my accounts over to Altra. The experience was seamless and very efficient. Every employee who has helped me has been extremely helpful.

I was new to Minnesota, and when all other banks treated me as if I was just another client, the staff of the Rochester, MN Altra Federal Credit Union treated me as if I were a part of the family. This is something I appreciated, and respected. The staff treated me with courtesy and respect; were knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my options and helped direct me to the best options I had to choose from.

Colleen was the best. I contacted Altra due to an online ad and was so happy I did. I was looking to purchase a motorcycle and she helped me learn all my options. I was able to pay cash (borrowed from Mom) for the bike and then send them the title and get a post-purchase loan for the same rate. I wish they had branches in GA so I could do more banking with them.

We were new to the area and did not know which financial facility we wanted to use. We read reviews on multiple facilities and decided to go with Altra.
