I contacted Keyzar twice after my order was placed. First time was to update some thing on my order, and the second time with a check on the status of my order, the replies were almost instant, and the order was shipped before the time frame that was given on the website. The order was shipped overnight. My order was an engagement ring, the stone was flawless, and the ring itself was perfection. Prior to ordering, I placed an order with a different company and the diamond was not available after I ordered. That lead me to finding this amazing ring from Keyzar. Based on the customer service, and the quality of the ring that I received from KeyZar I will forever be grateful that my order with the other company did not work out.

Overall experience was great . Shipping was fast . Website layout was easy to navigate. Unfortunately my partner didn't propose till after the 30 day money back guarantee mark. Once trying on my ring I noticed a very large air bubble from the side of the moissonite. 3000$ is alot for a ring that claims their stones are vvs or above. That means the flaws shouldn't be visible to the untrained eye, yet the moissanite is cloudy, and has very noticeable flaws. I reached out and haven't had any resolution to my problem. Very sad that we were guaranteed an item, yet sent something not up to the quality they claimed. Hopefully will have better success in the future with this company.

Terrible shipping length 3+ weeks, asked for it to be delivered sooner and I would pay for extra shipping. Shipping ended up getting delayed 3 days and missed the trip. Used a moch amazon ring instead. Besides that the ring is beautiful.

I was planning to propose on NYE. I called in about a week prior because i had not received a shipping notification to try to get an ETA. Was told it was still in production and estimated to be shipped out January 2nd which was a big bummer bc of plans i had made for the engagement. The lady that i spoke with said she would let the production manager aware of my situation and see what they could do. 2 days later i was notified that it shipped and received the ring about a week earlier than i needed it. Can not thank you guys enough, and i’m sure i can say the same for my soon to be fiancée once she sees this stunning ring!

Absolutely stunning pieces but above all the customer service is by far the best I’ve dealt with of any company. They will always take your call and really put in the effort to help with any issue or concern you have. Email correspondence was always followed up timely and efficiently. Highly recommend. They treat you like a customer for life.

Ring arrived in 2 weeks, faster than I thought. Only complaint is there was really no communication between when I purchased the ring and when it shipped. By comparison, Brilliance.com gave me updates at every step of the process. I did not reach out to Keyzar, so can't comment on whether they would have been responsive to direct questions. No issues with service, just wish there had been more proactive updates

Their site is incredibly easy to navigate and informative for those of us not so knowledgeable in the jewelry game. The engagement ring I purchased two years ago is stunning (Twig in rose gold) and the matching band made my fiancé and I so incredibly happy. Shipping was very fast, too! I even mistakenly listed the wrong address and the customer service was personable and friendly. Could not recommend more!

I ordered a 2.5 ct pear shaped moissanite ring and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It is the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen and it’s under half the cost of a real diamond. I received it in a little under 2 weeks also which was great!
